The customer service is truly top notch. I lost my keys to my truck top and was desperate to get them replaced. They were booked but managed to squeeze me in. Due to an accident on the freeway I was late to my appointment- so embarrassing! I felt so bad but they waited for me at the end of their busy day and could not have been nicer. I not only got a new lock and keys, they fixed my top so it fit better, and all for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Aloha Toppers! I feel so grateful to know they are there when I need them!

I got my Camper shell from them about a year ago, and I love it!! The customer service is excellent. A couple months ago, I had some work done on my roof (painting & rust). The company who I dealt with removed my Camper and then put it back on wrong. Aloha Toppers was able to adjust it free of charge, and I really appreciate that. I recently ordered side steps from them and am also very satisfied with it. I highly recommend them for your truck accessories.

Have been meaning to complete this review. The service and friendliness is second to none. Had a small issue with reverse issue sensors, contacted the business and was able to book an appointment almost immediately. The person I spoke with was so friendly and assured my wife and I that they would take care of the problem at once. Fast forward a few hours later, car was repaired and received a call from the tech as to what the issue was and how it was remedied. Have had no issues since. I will definitely be using them again for all of my reverse sensors. Mahalo'z again!

Excellent service. Fair pricing. Great communication. Owners are knowledgeable and have a positive attitude. We had Yakima racks and a rolling bed cover installed on our Tacoma.

I was shopping for a secure 2023 Toyota Tacoma bed cover, I found Aloha Toppers and Marie, they had the right one, they shipped it to Kauai and I installed it... This was all within 24 hours and now I have a nice secure cover.... GREAT customer service!

Bought a Roll n Lock from them in 2019 for my Toyota Tacoma. Recently, the locking mechanism was loose and stuck. Called to see if they could fix it and they made an appointment for me the next day. Took 1/2 hour and they didn't charge me! Really friendly and shop guys were cool explaining what was wrong.

Our Tacoma has a Snugfit lid. The locks on the lid were broken and the hinges on both sides of the lid were also broken. Drove down to their Aiea location. Reasonable wait time to have technician look at the work to be done and give me an estimate. They replaced the broken locks while I waited and ordered the new hinges. I was pleased with their work and felt their prices were fair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

Working with Marie was phenomenal! She was extremely friendly and kind. She always responded promptly and kept clear communication with us. When we first met Marie, she was very thorough in explaining all the different product lines available for my vehicle, along with each pro and con of each line. She did not come across biased or attempting to up-sell me but what was honest and clear.She was able to showcase each product and their features and abilities. She told us we were able to complete the installation whenever we were ready. She said all we needed to do was have a clean-ish truck bed for a smoother installation. All the way leading up to the install, Marie kept a clear line of communication.On the day off, we dropped off the truck, finalized our decision on which product line to go with, as well as signed the last of the paperwork. She said it would take about 4 hours, however, she also advised we could leave the truck all the way up until 5pm for pickup. By the time we came back, the truck was ready and looking good. Marie shared all the details of the installation, as well as a thorough walk-through on the changes. She also went into detail about how to properly use the new cover and how to prevent misuse or abuse.I'll definitely be coming back here for future work.

Order these swing boxes thur aloha toppers a few weeks ago and I was call to schedule installation which happened today. I'm super happy with them as they are up out of the way and swing out for access to the box. There is also a lock on the swing part so nobody can open the tailgate and take the box. They also offer a lot of other accessories. Call Marie and the gang and check them out. I'm definitely gonna be back. Next up is my tonneau cover.

On a mission to get a brand new tonneau cover and went to check these guys out. Left happy after purchasing a cover. Went back two weeks later for the install, went back and it was on in an hour.

Absolutely amazing!! I broke a hinge on my Tonneau cover. I visited Aloha Toppers to help resolve -- and WOW! So professional. So friendly. So well-done. Fully sympathetic of my situation. And, the icing on the cake: they gave me the best value of a solution. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone! I am very happy I found this place.
