We'd been experiencing slow drain issues in our kitchen sink and am so happy with the service we received from Aloha Aina Plumbing. Keiko was extremely responsive and helpful in getting us scheduled, and Albert was knowledgeable, efficient, and did a thorough job. We will be calling them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend this family-owned business. Mahalo nui!

Albert is very kind and knowledgeable. Heard about him through a family friend and his prices are very fair considering how much extra effort he puts into cleanliness and quality of work. We only needed to replace our water heater because it was old, and he responded quickly enough and got it upgraded in no more than a few days!

Stop looking any further, this is the plumbing company you want. What can I say about Aloha Aina Plumbing (Albert and Keiko). Very professional, awesome communication, through explanations of my options, and most importantly knows what he is doing. I have hired many plumbers over the years for my business and home. I am so happy to know that I do not have to search for another plumber again. On top of the professionalism and a great plumber, he is just an all-around great guy. Easy to talk to as if we have been friends for a long time. Very courteous, cleans after he is finished, and even wears booties over his shoes when entering your home. Thank you Albert and Keiko!

I have worked with many different plumbers over the years, but after finding Aloha Aina Plumbing 3 years ago, I am never calling anyone else! I finally found a responsive plumber and trustworthy plumber who takes a ton of pride in his work I can trust for all my plumbing needs. Albert has installed a new sink in an old house, replaced leaky cast iron pipes in an old apartment, and unclogged drains. This is a very friendly, locally owned, family business. I could not have been happier with the prompt responses from Keiko in the office and the communication and knowledge of licensed plumber Albert.
I asked them for an estimate to install a new sink where there is no existing plumbing (I see from their business description that they specialize in this kind of work) in my 1950s house. I immediately knew I wanted to go with Aloha Aina Plumbing for many reasons: I love to support small local businesses, he will be doing the work himself, he showed expertise and experience with this type of job, he is familiar with this style of house and he grew up in the neighborhood, and he was good natured, communicative, and volunteered to send his camera scope into my wall to give me a true estimate of the job in a non-damaging way, which no other plumber of the 3 others I had called out to give an estimate had done. Albert asked permission before he removed any screws or opened anything up, he bothered to recaulk the small hole he made for his scope, and left everything neat. As other reviewers said, he worked with a sense of urgency and purpose. He ended up spending almost an hour answering our questions about other plumbing issues (apparently the best hair catcher for my nonstandard tub drain is a wire strainer like for kitchen sinks), anticipated checking to make sure the supply stores would be open on the day we wanted the work done, and made a detailed list of the materials, and even checked the water pressure in the house with his gauge. He really went above and beyond to give the estimate and I had a great feeling about working with him and Keiko. I went ahead and scheduled Aloha Aina Plumbing on the spot although I had contacted many other plumbers. I also like that he gave me a flat rate for the entire job instead of just an hourly rate, that he will patch up the wall himself (others said I needed to hire a separate contractor to do that) and that he will come prepared since he already saw what is inside the wall. He was also super kind to my dogs.
He arrived on time and worked so hard all day long he didn't even take a break for lunch. Once he opened the wall he had to get some more parts but he managed the finish the entire job in a day. He also tested the sink for a long time after the installation to make sure everything was working properly, and the price came in exactly as planned. If it fits with your project needs, ask them about doing a cash job. I have worked with many different plumbers over the past few years, but I feel like I finally found a responsive plumber I can trust for all my plumbing needs in the future. Definitely message or call Aloha Aina plumbing.

Keiko was a pleasure to work with. She responded to my inquiry quickly, provided the details that I needed, and assisted me with scheduling an appointment. Albert showed up on time and was very professional. He was careful to keep a clean environment, covered his shoes with booties, and brought tools that kept helped to contain the messy repair to my ancient toilet. Albert provided guidance and recommendations that was very helpful in diagnosing the issues and fixing the problems in a cost-effective manner. I would highly recommend Aloha Aina Plumbing to my friends and people that I know as I'm confident that Albert and Keiko will do a good job at a reasonable cost. Thank you again for the great work!

Aloha Aina Plumbing is fast, reliable, fair pricing, and quality work. My mom had a toilet leak that was leaking from the upstairs bathroom and had rotted thru the downstairs ceiling. I contacted Aloha Aina Plumbing that evening and they were able to send a plumber out the next morning. The plumber (Joseph) arrived on time and gave me a 30 min notice before his arrival. Joseph did an amazing job! He took his time and fixed the issue, which ended up being the wax ring/seal. He even added shims to level out the toilet to prevent it from leaking in the future. After the job was complete, Joseph took the time to explain to me what he had fixed and tested it multiple times to make sure the leak was fixed. I would highly recommend hiring Aloha Aina Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They will be my GO TO company for any future plumbing needs I may need in the future.

I had a water activating system, a little different from water filter but similar, that I wanted to get installed. It was from Japan so there we little difference in pipe size so it wasn't easy to install. It look a long time and a hard work but Aloha Aina Plumbing installed the water activating system perfectly.
