Affordable prices and customer service was amazing. The guy working in the gas station Nick was very helpful with everything. On here for vacation and he recommended a lot of great spots on the island!! Definitely felt the aloha walking into this gas station Only gas station I came across with a variety of good protein drinks, a good selection of energy drinks, and a bunch of yummy snacks!! To top it all off they offer a wide variety of vapes for affordable prices.

Called to know that they accept first come first served, on a Wednesday morning at 9a. Pulled up 10 minutes later. So many cars, whom I didn't know if we're getting thru for an appointment or just driving in. Ended up waiting over 90 mins with a 1 year old baby in the car, while the co-workers looked like they were just starting to take turns with their breaks. Workers take about 15 mins a car. I would come here if I didn't have my keikis with me cause you wouldn't know how long you'll actually be waiting.

Amazing service! The employees are able to give me an estimated time and update me if more time is needed on my car. The employees give me options if there is something wrong with my car and have solutions in house.

If you want gas there's two ways to get it . Go to a gas station or eat beens. So for your car yes and for you why would you well beens are good for you butt sometimes you get GAS.

Did my safety check here recently on a Tuesday morning arrived at 750am there were 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up but they were already receiving pw as staff was prepping for their 8am opening. The staff was excellent! They had free yummy coffee (even had my favorite coffee mate hazelnut creamer too) in the waiting area - I appreciated that! But above all if u want awesome customer service that's clean and fast, I'd highly recommend Flagship FastLube Aiea! I'll def be back next year lol

I got a full synthetic oil change, which is supposed to be good for 10K miles or 1 year, yet they recommended that the next service to be done in 3 months or 3K miles. Without a reasonable explanation, this gives me absolutely no confidence in the service they provided. Reply to Bethany: I do follow the manufacturer's recommendations and Toyota recommends in their maintenance guide that engine oil and oil filter be replaced every 5K miles or 6 months if 0W-20 WAS NOT used at the last oil change. Since I paid for a full synthetic oil change and specifically asked for 0W-20, why would you recommend the next service to be done in 3 months or 3K miles? It makes no sense. Did you use cheap oil? Were you trying to promote unnecessary services? These are real concerns. The comment unfortunately didn't improve my confidence at all.

I came in for an oil change but got a lot more. I was given a time of how long to expect to wait and it was exactly that 45 minutes. I also got things checked, like the fluid levels, belts, filters, wiper blades and air in my tire. These are things that I normally don't check. So it was great to get it done with my oil change. And finally I got my oil changed, I got more service here than a oil change done somewhere else. Also they top off fluid levels and if need it topped off again you can go back.
