They have the most worthless answering service I have ever encountered. They dropped off a package at my house, that is not for me and not for my address and I cannot get through their phone service to even tell someone that there is a problem.

This post office can be so frustrating to deal with. I had a perishable packaged deliveres by FedEx yesterday at 12:52 pm. Went to the post office and it was not in my box. Went back this morning and still not in my box. The rude lady working was not helpful at all. She just wanted to complain about how many packages she had to put out before 11:00 a.m. today. They really need to train their government employees in customer service and HIRE more professional staff. To be fair, this is not the first time there's been package delays or lost packages at this post office. So very frustrating.

Please get your hours straight and communicate appropriately! It says on here you are closed from 11:30 to 12:30 but upon arriving when you should be open it actually says you're closed 1230 to 130. This is very frustrating.

My package has been at post office for 4 days . I have a p.o box here and past two days I've tried picking up package. Lady said they haven't sorted mail yet. Why can't she just go back there and grab my packages that have been sitting there for 4 days now. Ridiculous

Every time we have a delivery, we have a problem. We've had the postal clerk withhold our mail, and they always refuse to deliver to us. If it doesn't fit in the box, they take it back to the post office.We live across the street from the establishment, and I always have to leave work early because our carrier won't bring a poster to the door.They also like to change the delivery instructions to 'customer requested pickup from location', which we haven't.

They don't answer their phone. If you need to sign for something they don't think horn just leaves a notice. They never answer their phone

Very rude female employee. Went to BlaIrsville Post Office and as soon as I said I had a problem in Young Harris they guessed who had been so rude. Very unprofessional appearance and poor customer service.
