We came in to the store with a problem with a propane hose that required some outside the box troubleshooting and effort to resolve! Jim took lead with Alex and came up with a solution. Jim discovered at the same time that there was an issue with a propane valve and replaced it. They showed real concern and compassion to us and it is appreciated! These people, Jim and Alex, set a benchmark for customer service! Good job gentlemen!”
