Jimmy Camp was our realtor and couldn't have been more helpful. He knew what we needed to do and helped us through every step. When I panicked, he calmed my nerves and told me what was happening. We are forever grateful for his guidance and friendship.
We highly recommend using Jimmy for selling or buying a house.

Very enjoyable experience with Century 21 Black Bear Realty. We hired Drew Newcomb as a buyers agent and he made the home buying process a breeze. He had all the paperwork and inspections ready to go. All we had to do was sign and he did the rest.

Rick was not timely, clear or accurate with his communications. He was the seller's agent on a home we wished to purchase but struggled to get info on HOA, potential fines against the property, required repairs, etc. So glad we moved on to another property represented by a much more responsive and helpful realtor

Owner Rick Andrews does not return calls 2vwn to hia own agents. I made cash full price offers on 2 properties with the provision I had time to came fromFla within a few days to view themBoth were ignored and as of a Pillow check couple days ago both were still available. Don't see how this does the sellers any good. Agent Brett McKeon on the other hand was great

When my husband and I started looking for a house we didn’t know where to start and we got pointed in Jon Crislers direction! He was very responsive to text messages and phone calls and always got back in touch with us in a timely manner if he was busy. Through all my phone calls, text messages and several questions he never ignored me and always answered our questions or helped in any way possible to find the answer! We are first time home buyers and without the help of Jon and 21 Black Bear Realty we wouldn’t be in our dream home today!! They have made this experience for us amazing and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone! We will definitely go to him again if we ever decide to move again!
