“We took (or rather had towed) our 2018 VW GTI in for repairs. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and has the equipment necessary for analysis and repair. The shop is the cleanest auto repair shop I’ve ever seen. The person we made the appointment with was personable and efficient. She went out of her way to get the part we needed. It’s reassuring to know that we have a place close by to work on our GTI if needed.”
“I was on a church trip to the Hinton Rural Life Center when I experienced one tire repeatedly going flat. One of the locals referred me to Eller’s. They found the issue (nail in side wall) and gave me a few options. I opted to go with a new tire. The had the replacement tire in the next day and called me to come back. They replaced the tire in less than an hour as well as my windshield wipers. They were friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. This would be my go to repair place if I lived in the area.”

He explained each step to me with patience. I was just very curious how it all comes together. Bless his heart he was running behind and was concerned about us waiting. “We just bought my wife a 23 Grand Cherokee it was amazing fully loaded!! They gave us a great price for our trade in didn’t even have to haggle!! Normally you are in the dealership for 4-5 hours we were out in 2 and our payments were the lowest we have ever had! They even let us take the car home for 2 days to test it out. The salesman John was amazing very attentive answered all our questions we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I only wish I would have bought my Jeep there!!! Next time though! lol”

“Being a woman it’s always been a little intimidating to me to go seek mechanic work. But these guys are easy to talk to, and they listen to what you try to tell them. They do there best to work you in especially for little minor jobs that don’t take to long to fix. And they are about as friendly as you can get, great customer service and very reasonably priced. “Excellent service- professional and very polite from Reception to everyone who called me to give continual updates. A deer took out the whole side of my car, and their body work made it look brand new!
