I went through the drive thru and ordered food. I get to the window and give them my card and they tell me it’s declined. I check my account and the payment was not declined as the money came out of my account and showed the statement. I had to show them the statement on my bank account. They told me they would try to give me a refund and try again, but then said they couldn’t even do that. So I paid for food that they wouldn’t even give to me. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, the management team here has no customer service skills on how to resolve situations like this. I should not have to show a stranger my bank statements to still not even receive my food.

Horrible customer service... and the manager has no people skills or concerns for the customer.. if you can't accommodate people on food.. please go out of business.. people are done with terrible customer

Jordan M had the worst attitude. I visit frequently and had never received bad service till her. No hi or welcome in. She stood there with a straw in her mouth staring at me. She was so rude and really unwelcoming. The topper to this is I asked for a cup holder and thru it on the counter at me. I won't be back.

Drive thru order, it was faster than usual, and the kids were pleasant, so I gave the service a five, but the chicken was not the best. That's why it was fast, the chicken had to have been sitting for a while and being reheated. Edible, yes, but you wouldn't want to.

This location is horrible. They don’t fix their own mistakes. Gave me the wrong doordash order then refused to remake and give me the correct order (said there has to be a valid reason for them to remake it) How is that not valid. Your cashier handed me the wrong order and gave my order to someone else???? (Which she let me know on the phone, that THEY mixed up the orders) Then told me I could pick up the order that the other people brought back. Um no???? (it’s been like 45 mins since I originally picked up the food) the food would be cold and have been opened by other people. I asked to speak with the manager she put me on hold then hung up. I go back to the restaurant and they said the guy would have to come to the restaurant himself (like the guy literally ordered doordash for a reason. He’s at work) so no he can’t come to the restaurant. The dumbest thing I’ve had to deal with in a long time. They act like I asked them to remake 4 orders of the finest lobster tail. It’s literally just chicken strips n fries yall BFFR. I’m sorry you didn’t get your food Jon! Zaxbys do better.
