Would have given a five star if ALL staff was better trained on their products. As some employees know their stuff and some do not, so can’t trust everyone’s opinion. But, overall great products, friendly staff and great prices! It also seems like some of the staff have read this review, and I have started going to the location on canton rd, since I noticed looks when my customer account number was pulled up, and they didn’t tell me my balance, or how much money was accruing like they always did prior to my review. I suspect they put a note in my account , and I get even worse service there now. Just go to the one off canton rd in Marietta, they have better products that are stocked more frequently, and the staff is more knowledgeable and don’t just push products they have a surplus of, which is exactly what the Woodstock store always does. If they have excess of a product, their staff pushes it, whether it’s a good quality product or not. Lowered the rating and added to the review after 3 visits and they never added the points for what I purchased to my rewards account. The last time I went in I didn’t even give them my number, because even though I purchased products at that store three times on separate occasions, none of the products I purchased gave me any rewards points. And this is only at the Woodstock location, and it only started happening after it seems; someone noticed and read the bad review. Xhale city is a great store, but this one and the staff sucks.

Worst location to go look for Lookah coils. Been about a month since they had any ??♂️ Other locations don’t have any problems keeping them. This is why online shopping is…..never mind

The girl Alicia almost hit my car this morning when I was coming to get stuff, I know her because I've seen her there before, and she looked at me rudely when it was her fault. Bubbles is really cool tho.

Came into the store was not greeted By employee, employees sat there and talked to another woman rather than coming to see if I needed anything waited for five minutes no customer service you should fire that employee.

I would like to say that Adriana went above and beyond what was expected of her at this store. She is very polite and has extremely personal customer service talent. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to different kinds of vape and Vape juices. I just couldn’t go without telling her and her management what a wonderful job she did and helping us make our decision. We will be back and know a lot of people who will be referred to this location and ask for her as well. Thank you again Adriana for all your help. (She definitely deserves a raise they don’t get much better than this little gal.)

Alex was great have me a discount because they didn’t have the flavor I came for. The new kadobars are great in price and so much better than the elf bars. They last me longer as well. Go see Alex!!!

Love love love Alex, Bubbles, and Adrian! They always know the answer to any question I ask! The staff is always the best part of the experience!But unfortunately I’m a rare glow vape lover and they never have my favorite flavor the mint in stock, definitely not the staffs fault. Xhales corporate or their warehouse definitely need to get better about sending this store their best sellers because I know the staff are the people that have to deal with the upset customers and that is not fair for them at all!! Love the staff but the business itself needs to do better.

Awesome customer service, Adrian was fantastic helping me out to find the right products, they also told me about the Instagram page which is helping me keep track of the sales! Those Instagram stories are fire! A+ on social media presence!
