We brought in our older van to fix a door that was jammed, something a shop down the road couldn't figure out in 7 business days.
After showing the problem, then leaving my keys with Jasper. I got a call 3 hours later of what was wrong and the work needed to fix it. It would take a 2 weeks to get the parts from Mazda (Mazda needs to do better). So I paid for the parts and brought her back 2 weeks later.
Took them maybe half a day and she was good as new. I've waited about a month to write this review to make sure there was no hidden issues.
I would like to say I appreciate Jasper's professionalism. His ability to keep me updated and informed without any fluff helped me feel like he had my family vehicle in his best interest. Quality body work and great customer service are the hallmark of this shop. We will only use y'all moving forward!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Woodstock Quality Paint & Body. Getting an estimate for repairs was quick and easy. Those repairs were completed within a week at the quoted price.
In the weeks following that work, I noticed that my hood was slightly out of alignment. I returned and they had it fixed in under an hour, no questions asked.

The owner of the company, the employees, family members that work there, all or professional, courteous, helpful, and appreciate your business. They do all they can to please you. Holler recommend them as I have for years because of work they have done for me in the past and recently. They are not speedy but when you get your vehicle back, you will be pleased.

Kept my vehicle for over two weeks, then I had to sit in their office all day and watch over them to ensure they completed the work they promised.
When I got in the car the dash still had all the warning lights on and when I confirmed with them they said it was “mechanic work”.
I had to pay for the labor a second time, almost $1,000, to have a mechanic purchase and replace the sensors they had charged me for and told me they rewired and replaced already.
Beyond that, the quality of the body work was terrible. The headlight brackets are still out of alignment. Without the pax side being flush.

If you have an eye for details and a black car don't go here it is best for sub-par work I took my car back twice and the second time was the worst. Whoever is the car Buffer guy has no clue about the details it seems like nobody likes to take their job seriously. I took my car here because of the good reviews. I don't take reviews seriously anymore. After this experience, I don't even want my car anymore. The guy who wrote my estimate told me to wait thirty days to wash my car and the owner stated I should wait sixty days. The owner and the front office are nice people just awful communication.
