Just nasty at times
Change delivery and fee without warning
I have use them for 3 years since moving here and would not recommend them at all.
To many mistakes as well as other issues.

My friend had an Amazon package delivered here. As we were heading to pick it up, we saw their hours online and realized they were about to close. My friend called to ask if they stay open a few extra minutes or if they close right at 5. Instead of kindly explaining they would close, the guy rudely hung up on my friend mid-sentence because he decided it was time to go home. Work on your customer service skills.

This pharmacy is awesome. I switched to them from Walgreens about 6 months ago. And I couldn’t be happier. They treat you and every customer like family. They pay attention and never seem frustrated when they are busy. They are still polite. You do not feel like a number. The only downside is their hours. But even with that it is worth changing from big corporate pharmacy to them

My wife broke her a pelvic bone in several places and do to her catastrophic injury. She was placed on high amounts of pain medication. We had a hard time finding this medication. And after several pharmacies, we found it here. The pharmacist was very helpful .Thank you very much for your compassion. Kindness, and you're ability to make people feel comfortable during this hard time.

I needed a compound prescription made on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, pretty soon before they closed. The pharmacist Chris went above and beyond to put it together for me and I could not be more grateful for his help! I had never gotten a compounded prescription before so I didn't know only certain pharmacies do it. So thankful for this fabulous pharmacist!!!

Woodstock Pharmacy is a pharmacy that really cares about their customers. They also deliver to your home. I have always talked to Jennifer and Jeff. When a prescription is either called in or dropped off the delivery is in a timely manner. As far as selection, it is good. The value is pretty much the same as local pharmacies. Stop in and say hi.

Great local Rx with friendly knowledgable staff. Ignore the bad reviews that blame the pharmacy for parking issues (4 spots provided for the Rx in back, free parking on Main St). I've never had to pay to park, especially if your in/out in under 30 min. It's a downtown location where you may have to pay if you go at peak times on weekends or stay longer.

Do not park here. People are waiting in the bushes to pop out and give you a ticket. Company says you have to pay for your ticket before you leave the vehicle even though sign doesn't say that. How am I going to get payment instructions if I don't leave my vehicle? I was working at a charity event and didn't have a device. After I had one, I went back and paid. Later there was a $55 ticket on my car. They won't refund the parking and are requiring I also pay for the ticket. It's a scam!
