The Aesthetics alone of the stores are amazing and honestly it is a mood lifter just to walk into the store, the accessories, the clothing, the shoes, everything has its place and is so beautifully put together... the store seems to change daily, which makes it even that more exciting to shop there, seriously! “Being a short fat guy, it’s hard to find jeans that fit right. I easily went in about 7+ different stores to try and find jeans that fit and I was constantly failing. Finally I walked in the Lucky Brand where I was given superb customer service by employees who actually seem to enjoy what they do and enjoy helping customers like myself! I left with 3 pairs or jeans and a couple shirts. Next stop, the gym so I can fit into smaller jeans!”
