Well star staff was very efficient and helpful during my procedure and very prompt. There were no long wait but I got in right away. Everyone was very pleasant.

If you have to choose an imaging center for any reason, I would highly recommend this facility and especially this location. Every member of staff there is amazing at their job. The atmosphere is very cheerful in there and everyone (receptionist, payment department, techs) are phenomenal. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and put a smile on my face.My MRI tech was Miss Donna, and she was so professional and caring. I usually get extremely anxious for things like that, but I was completely fine and comfortable all thanks to her! You can tell she has a kind heart.If you're worried about getting imaging done, I would recommend getting it done here. They took great care of me! Remember to treat Healthcare professionals with kindness and respect, and they will almost always show it back!I hope management knows how fantastic their team is here!

Every one was very nice for my first mammogram. Karen was very understanding and explained everything quite well. She helped me not be nervous or worried about the whole process. Even the gentleman who helped me register was very sweet and helped me feel at ease.

Staff and medical personnel were knowledgeable, kind and generally seemed invested in my care. The visit was on time and completed in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me and they discussed how and when I would be receiving my results and the ways I can access them. Overall this was a great visit. I would recommend this facility for your imaging needs.

I’ve been to this location two or three times for myself and my children. They are timely, patient and kind at every touch point. Dr. Buch was the Urgent Care physician on staff and she was by far the best urgent care doctor that I’ve ever seen — and I’ve seen a lot as I experience frequent illness.The discharge nurse was patient and took her time explaining my outpatient medications and next steps. She allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to feel comfortable.Wellstar urgent care centers allow you to schedule ahead online, but if they are not busy, they will see you sooner. I recommend schedule first thing in the morning or the evening before.

I went for a travel visa tb test and needed extra paperwork done, they could not have been more accomodating and less than 24hrs later everything was ready for me to pick up!
