Trash,every time you cash you check there is a hold,b.s. ive had wells fargo since 2014 my current job over a year what is the problem launder someone else's money ,you have to play the game,,,,cash check put in my hand then say id like to deposit this....why must i do that what the difference you will cash it no problem but if i want to deposit half or anything i wait hell no no more games

Worst customer service at this branch. There will be 10 people in line and the other employees just watching one teller handle all the customers. Just awful. no wonder why the ratings are so low at this place.

Literally the worst location I’ve ever been to. The drive thru machine was too old to take deposit last week. Tonight I drive two hours back from Athens and go out of my way to go to this location and the ATM can’t take deposit. Thank you for wasting my time not once, but twice. Moving forward will definitely avoid this location.

I went in to deposit a monthly check today, and they wanted to automatically put a 7 day hold on it! This is the second time they have pulled this garbage. It seems the manager would rather drag a 40 year customer through the mud than make a phone call. To the Other bank to verify funding. Both times I checked on my own and there was plenty of funding verified by the other bank and the check writer. I always seems Wells Fargo is "always right " and the customer has to settle for pompous ,lazy service! Now I will receive an email from WF denying responsibility as usual. Don't waste your time with them. Did I mention pompous and lazy ? My other bank funded the check right away next morning.

I rate the staff at this bank with a solid 100%. Each time l go to the bank l am greeted warmly. I feel as if I am with friends. The staff will ask how is my day before asking how they can help. They make me feel like family. I have been with Wells Fargo for over 30 years. All of my banking needs are met with courtesy and excellence.

My family and I have been Wells Fargo customers for over 10 years and I have never dealt with a more disrespectful and unhelpful staff. They lack courtesy and respect for their customers, they demand that you schedule an appointment for simple services. I went in to get a document notarized at the time the bank opened. The individual whom I tried to ask for assistance from told me that I needed to schedule an appointment for her to assist me with a 2 minute process. The bank was not full, there were two other bankers sitting available. She suggested she had an appointment scheduled for 9 am and the next opportunity I had to get the document notarized was at noon. She was short, disrespectful, unhelpful and lacked empathy for my time and schedule. I drove to another Wells Fargo, walked in and my document was notarized in less than 5 minutes. Again, the notary process takes about 2 minutes and she expected me to wait nearly 3 hours for an appointment. Unacceptable.
