This is one of the best Walmarts in Cherokee county. This is a training center for Walmart. They do a good job and better than anyone else in Cherokee county

I am handicapped and require a store scooter to shop. EVERY Time I shop there, I end up having to go through 2 or 3 scooters before I find one that works! Even then, it only works for a short while. The last time I shopped I went thru 3 scooters and when they died I had to wait for an associate to come by to request them to get me another scooter. Come on Walmart, you are a multiBILLION dollar business buy more scooters and have someone monitor them so the kids don't take them for joy rides in the store and tear them up.

I was at the self-checkout. I purchased over-the-counter meds. I needed assistance after all items were scanned. The clerk was finishing up with another customer. After she finished with that customer, she proceeded to help another customer that came after me. I did not say anything. I waited. When she finally came to help, she said I could not buy the items (items I always buy at Wal-Mart via self-checkout). Instead of checking the fact that I am an adult purchasing these items. She left me hanging without assisting me. Either she did not know how to help me, or she intentionally did mot want to help. All of the other customers received assistance except for me. I don't make an assumption that it was a race issue. What matters is I should be respected and assisted as a customer. The disrespect is unwarranted.

While ofter I am able to find what is needed, Walmart still has a problem with the speed of checking out. Only a few self-service lanes open, causing long lines and extended wait times. So nothing has changed. Hummm

One of the worst Walmarts I've ever been to 40 registers. Two of them open really makes no sense to me. Always out of what you really need. Only giving one star because I can't give zero
