They must be trying to save money on cooling the store because it is very warm and uncomfortable.My wife and I use to spend more time shopping here but now we hurry to get what we need so we can leave. Must also be very uncomfortable for your employees. Please turn down the thermostat so we can enjoy shopping here again.

Was doing some shopping tonight and got yelled at by the employee named Jessica for grabbing an empty cart in a isle because "we literally passed a thousand and on the way in" and "I just walked all the way outside to get them" she was very rude and could've said something politely instead of going straight to yelling. Very unprofessional and immature.

Every Walmart has changed to complete self check out but this particular Walmart does not have Apple Pay. They spent money to revamp and have people fend for themselves but no money into updating their systems to accept Apple Pay. I wasted my time today picking up stuff for my baby just to realize that after the upgrade to the store, they still do not take Apple Pay.

Very rude associate in item pu. She hung up on me because I wasn't happy that they told me to cancel my order and go to store if I needed it sooner. Hate Walmart and this confirms why I refuse to shop there. By the way the manager doesn't answer phone. Poorly run.

It took me a long time to get my two air mattresses that I bought online. After I noticed that one of them was different and much cheaper ($9) that the one I bought I came back to the store and complained. Christian and Beth were very rude and I even felt that they were making fun of me. I totally understand that this is a stressful time for Walmart employee but they shouldn't mistreat people.

Came to Walmart to shop for school supplies and needed an oil change. Auto center signs say open until 7pm arrived at 4:45pm. One vehicle in each bay and no line. Park my vehicle outside the bay and wait at the cashier desk with one guy in front of me who is buying tires. The manager, his photo was on the wall behind him, walks away and disappears for like 15 mins leaving me standing there. Another employee pokes his head out and realizes that I haven't been helped so he rings me up for a synthetic change and was very polite. His name was Diego. As he was ringing me up and taking my key the manager, who didn't have a visible name tag, berates him in front of me saying that he wasn't going to allow any more changes today. Diego finishes ringing me up and takes my vehicle back. With the manager's statement I was concerned about the quality of work I was about to receive. My vehicle was ready at 5:30 pm and Diego checks me out. I told him that I really appreciated him helping me and he politely told me no problem but I can tell he was scolded by his down demeanor which was different from earlier. Then I went to the parking lot where my driver side sliding door to my van was wide open and unoccupied. I'm glad I didn't have anything to be taken inside of it. Really disappointed in Walmart management for berating an employee for helping a customer. Diego is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. Bad managers are the worst... Especially when they are negatively affecting their employees and then ignore customers. I hope Diego gets a better work opportunity or a new manager soon.

We were just passing through, so I can't speak to the consistency of the experience we had, but I had no major complaints. We know what we want when we come into a Walmart and we love that the layout from location to location is very similar, so it's nice to have that sense of "normalcy" when you're traveling, that you can find what you need right away. We did the self-checkout, so customer service wasn't part of this trip. Generally, I would recommend Walmart to anyone looking for a reasonable price and a wide selection of groceries and goods... and this location is no different.

[email protected] On 4/30/21 I ordered 4 "Mainstays Coco Liner 30 inch WindowBox" normally about $25 each in store for $4.64 on-line with "Free Pick up In Store Today". The photos and description make it perfectly clear they are talking about the full window box planter, not just the liner as it clearly says it is "made of 53% Iron wire",also it "Includes mounting hardware. MS19-202-002-03." The photo of the item on their website also clearly shows the label attached to the wire planter basket, NOT the liner which Jesse, the store Manager at Bells Ferry Walmart (Woodstock Supercenter 6435 Bells Ferry Rd, Woodstock, GA 30189) store tried to claim was the item I ordered. He further told me they couldn't refund me unless I use their app, which I don't so after an hour at the store I left with no product, nor a refund or any idea how to get either. I later got an email from them saying I'd picked up the order. Tried again to chat, this time with someone named Sucheta, who just said they'd call me and disconnected. This seems to be routine with my walmart orders, and after nearly a dozen similar bait and switches, I think they need to provide the agreed upon product rather than defraud customers of their money. I have electronic copies of the website listing showing the photo and description, photo of the item they offered at my arrival being held by the store manager, and emails from them confirming my order, as well as emails where not having gotten confirmation that my order was ready for pick up for 3 days, I inquired through their website when my "Free Pickup Today" order would be ready. I'd also like to add that the store has signs all over the in store pick up center saying only that pick up is now outside, and when you call the number they recommend, the associates that answer can't even tell you where outside the store it has moved to, you just drive around the building until you find it.

Went to the health center for a dental cleaning. I showed up before 9am and the girl told me I was actually scheduled for Marietta (my mistake). She went in the back and came back and said if the patient wasn't there at 915 they would see me. One lady walked in at 905 and sat a while but was never taken back by a hygienist (I know this is how it works there bc I've been to other care clinics). At 0907 I asked the girl if I could fill out the paperwork and she gave it to me. At 0916 I asked the girl if I could be seen and she disappeared into the back for no less than 2 minutes. She returned and said they had someone who came in for the cleaning. I asked if they snuck them through the back door because I never saw a hygienist come out and she lied and said she had no idea what type of appointments people have. Really? You asked me why I was there when I walked through the door. Typical Walmart quality. You are just a number to them.

The assistant manager there is a rude hateful lady and she does need need to be running a store...I will not go back in this store!! Walmart is failing badly yes I know it's a pandemic but you don't see me treating people bad... we are all going through a terrible change and rude people is not helping anything ....

This... like any walmart... has terrible customer service. I understand you have a lot to deal with, but my goodness... I don't understand how one department can't answer the phone then you get transferred to another just to be left on hold until they ultimately hang up on you... It's atrocious. They do have a broad selection in store, for that I give them a pity star. If you can, take your business elsewhere.

I went into get my car fixed, and the workers there decided that it was okay to reset all of my radio station presets!! Thank God I didn't leave any cash in my car because all of my spare change had been plundered and taken as well!!! Very unprofessional, I would not ever recommend these people in my life!!!
