We chose Vineyard prop mngt based on our friend’s recommendation. Kerry zeckmen surpasses our expectations and goes above and beyond the needs. She is very meticulous in selecting the tenants and does a newt job of down selecting the tenants for our rental home. She also followsup on both the owner and tenants side for smooth transition to start the rental process.
Highly recommend Vineyard prop mngt and especially kudos to Kerry for her neat work 😊
