She was able to spot a nuero issue with our new dog that helped us transition the new dog to the pack with more patience. She is extremely thorough but was also cost conscious. One of the best vets we have ever had. Moving our other dogs over to their practice on their next visits.”

“I have an overall good experience with this vet clinic. Unfortunately today was not what I was expecting. Once we got in there we were immediately greeted by the lady behind the desk. Then we sat down and waited until one employee came up to us and she barely said a word to us then took the crate to the back. It felt like he was in and out of there within a minute. We sat waiting to go to the back with him for his shots. He then looked like he was shivering so we had asked the same woman at the front desk to be put in a room thinking it was the sounds going on around us or whatever just had happened. She then comes back telling us the shot was done and we were ready for check out. We had a tech visit scheduled. I had no idea they would just grab him, give him the shot, and not even say a word. We then asked for the name of the I presume tech and it’s Amber (we have never seen her before and my first impression of her). She then came out and talked with us telling us the rundown of how tech appointments work. I. Will. Never. Schedule. A. Tech. Appointment. Again. I want to know exactly what’s happening and see the doctor so she can actually talk to us about our fur baby then not have any context about what is being done. I recommend this place but I do not recommend the tech appointments had I known I would have only seen the doctor.”

“UPDATE: Dr. Barnwell is no longer there, so I can't speak to the new providers as I have not been since he left.I love doc. He knows his stuff and takes his time with you. We take our dog and cat to him. If we could take our goats, we would! He doesn't do unnecessary procedures and tests and is very real with you. My cat had a skin problem and I took her to a few different vets before we found him. None of them had a clue. He knew what it was even before he saw it.”

I received a comprehensive, in detail explanation of every single question and concern I had. I appreciate the total attention and suggestions Dr Beck gave us. This place is amazing. We have had many fur babies throughout our lives. This veterinary is about the best I've ever been to. Makes me wish I had known about them sooner but glad we were here today! The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it seems like there's a lot of turnover because every time we come there we meet people we haven't met before. This could also be coincidental but still, it's nice to deal with the same person rather than a different person each time.”
