“I cannot speak highly enough of Sweet Dreams service. The Vet and tech that visited to provide end of life care for my mother’s cat were genuinely empathetic and kind during the whole process. They took the time to go over the process, what to expect and gave our family the all the time we needed to say goodbye to our pet. Scheduling was easy and professional. This isn’t a service we ever wish to have to go through, but Sweet Dreams made it as comfortable and easy as it could be.”

Dr. Haden has also been incredibly generous with his time when it comes to sharing information and answering questions. They also have a sense of urgency when it comes to getting lab results, which we appreciate, because when it comes to our pets we don’t much care for wondering. We honestly enjoy taking our cats here, which is a solid motivator for doing something that people don’t typically like to do. “Exceptional service. My dog Summer was attacked by a Pitt bull that I was wanting to foster. The dog clamped for. On her body and wouldn’t let go. My heart has been broken since this happened! “I've been taking my pet to East Cherokee Vet Clinic from past 3 years and we've been very happy with their service. The staff is very professional and friendly. Easy to get same day or week appointments, staff is great when it comes to follow up for annual checkups or med refills.
We went there last week for an annual check up, vaccination and refill of his heartworm med. We were in and out within 40 mis and costed around $285 (annual check up $55 and other for vaccines).”

“Located inside petsmart for convenience this Banfield was clean, the staff was friendly. The Doctor was kind and caring. If you are looking to get a rabies vaccination or a checkup they were easy to contact by telephone and didn’t have a long wait time. Very satisfied with the visit”
