Took an hour and a half of waiting before being told they can’t transfer me off a family line on to my own line in store, and gave me a phone number to call that does not help at all. Ended up switching to AT&T because of this store!

I was so impressed with Marcella helping me yesterday! I felt like she had my best interests in mind as she helped me trade in my old devices. One of the devices wasn't ringing up for the quoted trade-in value so Marcella got on the phone with customer service for me and made sure I was going to get the full trade-in value! She even asked the customer service rep to put a remark in the account so I could reference it in the future if there were any problems. Who does that these days?! She didn't have to do it, but she did. It was towards the end of Marcella's shift and she still went above and beyond to take care of my needs. THANK YOU!

Very helpful and provided all the credits for porting over number and bringing trade in phones. Also I referred a new business to Verizon and received credit as well. I appreciate all the help I received and lowered my monthly. Very nice and friendly customer service location versus the others I’ve came across.

Brandon is the absolute only employee at the 3 Verizon stores my father and I went to today that was beyond helpful! He was patient, kind, and knew his stuff! He explained in detail and answered all questions! If it weren’t for him we were going to give up on Verizon! This is the 2nd time I have had the privilege of having Brandon’s help, the other employees do not seem to know what good customer service is or know what they are talking about! Brandon makes this store and company in my opinion! Thank you Brandon!!! My family appreciates exceptional service you provided!

This was the most disappointing customer service I have ever experienced.Female worker got frustrated with the fact she had to do work to transport my data from old phone to new phone.I told her who my admin was at work and she declined to reach out to him.I asked if I could snap photo of his info to send to him as he was on the phone annd requested I text him, assuming info needed could assist the process.Then I placed my phone on the counter to show him his direct number.She took offense ? And walked away.I asked for manager whose name was mark .He told me that he knew how to do transfer but would not service me.I asked why n he said other female worker didn’t want to service me so he could not service me either? I asked what does that have to do w you servicing me?I said understand but you or another worker would be fine to service me.He asked the original girl to re service meShe refused and had words w mark.He told me nobody would service me not even him ?Verizon shame on you for the lack of training on how to talk to people and deal w people.They were clearly being prejudice towards me and the manager laughed when I asked for his manager information and name of his manager .At any rate went up the street to another Verizon store and got amazing service another Verizon store.Will never go back to this Woodstock location .Mark and the brat girl who initially serviced me should both be talked to about disrespecting their customers.I would love to talk w someone at Verizon corporate about this classless treatment.Photo below of how not to treat people as a manager.

You cannot call the store directly and talk to them… you get their complex phone system or you punch numbers and punch numbers and finally talk to someone that answers questions like they have a list of answers in front of them… I think I’m better off sticking with T-Mobile

I ordered a phone and the box arrived torn up and no phone in it. After multiple phone calls to the corporate office and 2 visits to the store….still no resolution. Said to wait 2-3 days for them to investigate. Once this is over I will be moving my service elsewhere . Beware of them. No customer service at all. Even the corporate office didn’t understand why the store couldn’t help me the second visit. The manager wasn’t there so nobody could help me. This is ridiculous.

This place should have zero stars. It is terrible the entire setup. Taking my business over to AT&T where I can get a phone and service for under 10 hours. Went in for a simple upgrade if it took over 2 hours. Walk in the door nobody checks you in, then I ask the girl to be put on the list because the scanner wasn’t working and she gave an attitude about it. Sitting there taking two hours for an upgrade with one client, I’m sure that’s great for business. Got checked in and waited another hour, just to wait for some goofball (man) with painted nails to sit in the back and take his time getting the phone we were upgrading to. I mean this is gross the way they operate from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Keep up the good work Verizon. Your stock is showing your efforts to your clients.

Employees make absolutely no effort to be helpful or even acknowledge their customers. Better off going to any other Verizon store, you’ll just be sitting around waiting for minimum an hour before they attempt to try and “help” you
