“I stop by this shop from time to time, but after tonight, I’m done! I walked in to quickly grab one item and happened to take a phone call as I entered. I told the clerk exactly what I wanted, gave him my rewards number, and quietly continued my call-nothing unusual or disrespectful.
As I paid, the young man with the beard, actually had the nerve to call me, “rude”. Seriously!? I calmly told him I was multitasking, and he snapped back saying I didn’t speak to him? How did he know what I wanted and get my rewards number, if I had not; “spoken” to him? Make it make sense!
I am usually laid-back and don’t bother with reviews, but being disrespected by some young clerk with an attitude crossed the line. There are plenty of smoke shops around, and I will happily take my business elsewhere. That young man needs to learn what real customer service looks like!
