“I recently did business with Southern Auto Brokers. The entire experience beginning to end was honestly the best I've had from a dealership. I knew the vehicle I wanted to view when I came. They didn't stand over me as I looked at it. John let me look at my pace and told me to let them know if I had any questions. Very friendly and welcoming.
I took it for a drive and noticed a bit of an issue. They immediately did what they could to resolve the situation instead of the usual run around you'd get. It was about 1 week and the issue was completely resolved and the vehicle is in great shape.
At no point did I feel pressure to buy either. I sat down and discussed numbers with Andrew. He voiced his want for me to be completely comfortable with the purchase. In an industry full of push this was VERY refreshing. They had an entire itemized bill by the end with no random costs tacked on.

“Highly recommend this dealership. It’s a smaller family owned business and they really don’t play games. For that alone, it is worth it. The price you see is the price you pay. They do add on a $999 customer service pack and it is non-negotiable (at least in my case), even though I was unable to take advantage of the benefits it comes with. Had they been transparent about that up front or offered me even a slight break, this would have been a 5 star review. Nonetheless, it is the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was able to easily communicate with them and have everything prepared ahead of time, so by the time I showed up, the test drive was the longest portion of the purchase. When I got back and said “I’ll take it,” I was out the door in 10 minutes. No lie. Price could not be beat anywhere in the country and again, they didn’t play games. No negotiating, no haggling. It is what it is. Definitely check the vehicle out, but if it suits you, everything else is easy! Their detailer could have done a better job cleaning, but it was in pretty good condition.
