Was hoping this place had improved but alas … we need to speak up for consumer protection. Even if Amazon changed their return process, charging $3 to print a paper label that costs $0.20 or less is corrupt and not okay. On top of that stealing 20 min of my time because of confused employees that hardly know what’s going on.I can receive a FedEx package at a FedEx location for free, this location charges $10 …Will never come here again. Too many chances given.

Wanted to return a high value item overnight air in same packaging it was received in. Overnight envelope placed inside padded overnight pack with seller provided NDA return label. A simple request. A male with red hair decided to take over the conversation I was having with another employee and he refused to pack my item how I requested. When I attempted to explain the reason for this packaging, he tried to grab item from my hand and abruptly shifted our conversation to questioning my demeanor. He continue to oddly focus on why he felt I was angry. He then abruptly requested I leave the store or he would call the police. Police arrived, suggested I just go to a different UPS store, which I did without incident. This individual should not be customer facing. He has a very strange confrontational behavior and certainly lacks interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Went to the UPS store on 10/9 @10:00 am to return a high value item with a NDA return label provided by seller. I wanted to ship it back the same way I received it. I tried to explain, I wanted the item placed in a NDA letter and overpacked with a padded UPS Pak. The lady at the counter was a little confused. A male employee with red hair across the room immediately jumped in and tried to tell me how the item would be packaged. When I told him how I want the item returned, his service skills went out the window and he went into a defensive mode trying to tell me I was being aggressive. He tried to grab the item out of my hand and then told me he would not accept my paid overnight package. He told me to leave the store or he would call the police. The police arrived and I explained the situation. They recommended I just go to a different UPS store, which I did. This employee has no self control and has issues dealing with the public. Telling a customer they are being aggressive, refusing to service them and then calling the police is no way to service the public. He needs a lot of help with his problem resolution skills. Terrible service!By the way, I'm a retired UPS executive of 32 yrs.

Poor customer service, mishandled packages, & rude employees. I have a po box here & had notification a package arrived. Yet employees stated there was no package. Finally discovered this store wrote the wrong po box # on my package!! No apology for screwing up just blank stares. Owners have been apologizing for years to poor reviews but seems nothing has improved. Obviously Owners are all about $$ & nothing else. Go to another store to ship packages.

If I could give zero stars I would. This store has lost multiple packages on different occasions. Don’t bother calling in for help. The manager is not helpful and will hang up on you because they “have spent enough time on the matter.”

You know that feeling in your gut when you are backing up your car in a parking lot and you hear the sound of crunching metal and glass breaking as you just backed into another car, that's the same feeling as dealing with the red haired male employee at this store. He has the personality of a road accident and I'm pretty sure nobody there cares OR he is the one replying to these comments.

I visited this store about two weeks ago. I found this office to be clean and nice appearance. I was greeted the moment I walked in. Kenny helped me find an appropriate box for the item I was shipping. He was friendly, helpful and personable. THANK YOU

Today at about 2:10 pm est I had to use this UPS store to ship out a couple packages to Amazon.The employee Robert was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, super helpful, and despite being the only one at the time at least for 30 minutes helping a dozen customers by himself.His patience, enthusiasm help everyone and ability to give an extra helpful advice all while helping multiple people should be noticed by local and regional leadership. Robert was unbelievably friendly the entire. Very grateful for his help.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Earlier in the day, I had come into the store to get a quote for my item I needed shipped. A young gentlemen helped me and informed me that my quote (which including adding insurance for damages or if the package is lost/stolen) and he quoted me $600 for $3000 worth of insurance. When I returned with my art piece that I needed shipped since it had been purchased, he mishandeled the item which I told him was fragile and he responded with “well the item was already sold so whether or not it get damaged doesn’t matter” he almost let the item fall to the floor in front of me! He then proceeded to tell me the information he told me earlier was wrong and if we purchased insurance it would not cover damages and reiterated that since we already sold it the damage wouldn’t matter. I would never ship anything there unless you are okay with it arriving damaged.

A quick look at all google reviews will easily tell how terrible this location is. And more interestingly, all responses from the owner is we apologize...we apologize. Your apology is nothing for anyone unless you think more about your rude employees, specifically the read headed male that other people also complained about. Not sure by the way if he is the employee or maybe he is the one who apologies all the time.I have been living in this area since 5 years and never had a good experience with this store. every time I had something from Amazon to return, literally every time, they have an excuse for not doing their job or a rude attitude. Really unfriendly and unprofessional attitude all the time. It is really my big mistake I am keep going there for my needs. Should choose another location for sure. If I could, I would give them zero star. One is too much.To the owner: before you say another apology, think more about people who work there.

VERY rude employee (redheaded male). Was just doing an easy Amazon return which did not require a rude response at all. Was trying to package an item and was talking to myself about packaging it and was told VERY RUDELY, "I don't need you to tell me how to do my job. I know how to do my job." I guess the other reviewers on here have had the same experience. Hire better employees who will be kind (or at least neutral) to customers. Will avoid this location when at all possible.Another note: at my last visit to this store, an employee came back from break to a register and the whole store instantly smelled very strongly of weed.

Came to have a document notarized but the responsible person for that left at 6pm? On the website is saying that the store closes at 6:30pm, not 6pm. The store was open but no notary service available. Why not have that mentioned on the website? Came here to have this done today, wasted time gas, and now have to do that again tomorrow. What is going on with the management on this store? Please fix your hours!
