Unbelievable turnover with staff. Current staff have zero customer service skills. They seem annoyed and never smile. I’m sure this a franchise but they can do MUCH BETTER because if it weren’t for us they wouldn’t have a business

I asked the employee to have the franchise owner to call me and the employee told me NO!!!!!!!

Both dudes working there were impatient and impersonal. When I was leaving, the man helping me said “have a good one.” I said “appreciate the help, you too” but I guess he didn’t hear me because he yelled back “have a good one!” in an annoyed tone. Other customers were as confused as I was. None of us are excited or want to be at the UPS store lol yall don’t have to make it so hostile

The cashier was on his phone and not looking at me for the entirety of my checkout. Absolutely horrible customer service and will never go back to this store.

I dropped off an Amazon return item and did not get a receipt. The return has not been processed and no one answers the phone at this location! This is the only time I have used this location as it was conveniently located near another errand.

From the moment I walked through the door. I knew we were not welcome. However, I had I large item to ship and Amazon packages to return. The woman did all she could to not have to ship my item while the other employee sat in his phone. After she stated I would not want it was too expensive, not her call to make, I said I would go somewhere else. I went for a service, and I was willing to pay. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to work.

Third time I've been to this location in the past few months and they aren't open at 8:30am as advertised. It's 8:47am. Very frustrating as it's the closest one to my house otherwise I'd take my business to a different location.

The worse ups store you could give your business to. the franchisees and the employees are very rude and have 0 customer service skills. They don’t greet you, rude if you need their help and push you to use the self serve in chaos. Charge you fees that other location do not.

Arrived at 530, closes at 6, employee decided to shut down early and out a note on the door. Also stood inside watching customers try to get in.

Went to the store yesterday to get number of things done at the same time including printing, motorizing & mailing a very important package. Ariana was very professional, helpful & kind. Great great service. Thank you very much!!
