Complete failure, and I will never do business with this store or ship UPS again. In addition to the ridiculous line, your employee is zero help whatsoever. UPS’s website is complete garbage, and I am simply trying to have a delivery changed to either not require a signature or have it held at the store. After already going to the Holly Springs store and being told by the employee there that he couldn’t get the website to work either, he told me that he could only change it to be held at that particular store. Being that this one is closer to home and I could have someone pick it up for me if I don’t get home in time, I took time out of my day to come here and try to get it changed. After waiting in the ridiculous line, your completely useless employee told me that if I wanted to do that I could call corporate. Did not offer to provide any additional help.
I will not be doing any further business here or with UPS after this experience.

The help I received was very short with me and looked very unhappy to be there "helping people" this isn't the first time at this location I've felt this way but it's the closest location meat my home.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it is to go into this store every time. The people that work there are amazing and helpful and kind and patient especially Ryker. It’s so wonderful having customer service.

Ryker, Ella, Derrick and Chip are even better than the Chicfila kids! . Helped me with a difficult return and packaging. Will definitely use for all my future business needs. You can still send a fax…. And most importantly shred documents on Tuesday for $.99.Best crew in town….!!!!!!

Ryker helped me when I stopped in and I have honestly never come in contact with a kinder, more patient, and helpful person than with him. The store was pretty busy, and he managed to help all of us within a matter of minutes in a cool, calm, collected Manner. He really made my day better. Ryker, you deserve a raise!

Tried to send passport app. Was "helped" by a young untrained clerk who clearly had no idea what he was doing. After 20 minutes, I had to ask him to print out the label so I could make sure it was right, and he was like "oh, right". After other numerous issues and errors, I just asked for a refund not feeling confident it was going to where it needed to go. Finally a manager came and helped me get it out right. This type of customer "service" is just not acceptable.
