This office has hands down the worst management around. If you worked there and want to get money owed to you, you have to contact Georgia department of labor or else they'll refuse to do their jobs and get you paid once you've resigned thinking you'll just let it go. Emily is the most unprofessional, laziest, rudest one there. Living proof they promote anyone. Unlike most, I'll get what I'm owed. ?

i have been dropping off packages and letters in their drop off box for years. they just recently taped off the box so no one could use it, which makes it so much more inconvenient. i’ve also noticed when i drop off packages here the tracking numbers don’t update for like 3-4 days like the packages are just sitting in there. never had that issue with the acworth p.o., the tracking numbers always update same or next day. staff here are rude and extremely unhelpful. don’t know if i’ll ever go back.

This is not a post office came to put in a change of address and it’s some kind of UPS or package pick up place. There’s no customer service here. Google maps needs to be updated. However, there is a mailbox on the circle drive if you want to just deposit a letter to be mailed?

Loses my package, I file a complaint and get a call placing blame on me or my label but never investigated issue and just "guessed" her response was to just pay for package intercept. Sure I should fork up more money for their machine error.She was extremely rude and don't care. Now my package is lost and I lost money I could of used for food. Times are tough and this postal office could care less

Went to pickup my mail for the past week and the woman who helped me was rude. I told her some packages were missing and she acted like she didn’t wanna go look again. When she came back she brought two packages and there is still one missing. I wish I didn’t have to go back there. Awful.

Lost a package, then talked to the Post Master who proceeded to tell me they have no clue what to do. Post Master was rude and unhelpful.

I had my package marked to be left by the door since it required a signature and upon checking its status, it got changed to being picked up at the office. It wouldn’t be a problem if their hours were more flexible but they’re not. Awful service

Whoever is delivering on Saturday's at Park at Towne Lake Apartments please get your stuff together, you are not casing your mail well at all. 2 Saturday’s in a row you have not correctly delivered the mail in our box. I get USPS daily digest that shows the photos of my mail scanned in and it never came. One was my license and one was a check that my family needed. Your front desk says it likely ended up in the wrong box. You are playing with peoples lives in a time such as this. Take the time and CASE your mail correctly or I will be printing the emails and sending them to corporate and your CEO. It’s not ok.

A Priority package I sent couldn’t be delivered due to the business I sent it to being closed that day so it ended it up at this USPS on hold. The business then rescheduled for this USPS to redeliver the package but they never delivered it. At the 2nd day of non-delivery, I had to go personally pick up this package, pay $14.65 to get it, and deliver it to the business myself. Business was only 3 minutes from this USPS smh. The person who came to the front desk was very friendly but the supervisor who called me on the phone was unwarrantedly rude and argumentative. I never broke my calm disposition nor was I argumentative so I’m not sure why I was treated that way. Due to the slack delivery driver and rude supervisor, I’d say avoid this location.

This post office clearly doesn't deal in customer service. They are only there between 9 and 3 apparently to pick up packages, which for the average working person I guess we just have to live without the stuff we have paid for unless we want to take time off work to go get it. Twice now I have tried to talk to someone and been spoken to like I'm an idiot and I don't appreciate it, but you don't really have a choice to go somewhere else. But don't worry we will be taking the thousands of dollars our business spent on package delivery last year to fedex just so I don't have to deal with these people anymore.

Went to check my mail and it looks like the guy punched it into my mailbox. Thank goodness my package was a T-shirt with some junk mail. Maybe some one has some anger issues decided to use my mail box as a stress release.
