Long story but an associate at this store was one of the rudest people I have ever come into contact with in retail. I will never go back. Told the manager but the manager tried to take up for this very intentionally rude person.

Special shout-out & thanks to Shelby at the Ulta Beauty Store in Woodstock, GA. She has helped me each time I’ve shopped at this location, when I have had questions regarding products or needed help with a return, or a new purchase. She is both professional, knowledgeable, and is so courteous. Shelby provides excellent customer service so I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go and shop with her.

To say this location is worth going to is an overstatement. The shelves are always half empty, the products are never organized, and don’t even get me started on the lack of customer service skills by the employees. I have been coming here for three years solely because it is a mile from my house. It seems to get worse with every visit, and I’m going to start driving the extra 4 miles to the Kennesaw location. No wonder they are on the very end of the Target shopping center. Need bronzer? We only have one color. Need nailpolish? Good luck finding more than three colors! Looking for ulta brand make up? No problem, just enjoy spending five minutes reorganizing all the shelves so you can see the products in stock. In need of new make up brushes? I hope they have them out on display! The lack of organization and cleanliness is giving Dollar General.

Absolutely the worst customer care ever.I went in on 2/14 to make a purchase. I made 2 different transactions, the store manager aida was finishing up my second purchase, when i attempted to use my cash app card she told me it did not go thru(in fact it did charge me 10$ on my 9$ purchase) i then tried to do it 2 more times which declined as i had a set amount on the card and it had already been used with that said purchase. I then showed her my phone with each attempt and the one which cleared- she told me there was nothing she could do i would need to use another card as it did not complete on her side but she would void it out which means i wouldn’t be charged. I ended up paying with another card and was given the customer service number in case.2/16 i seen the charge finally cleared and has officially been completed on my end which means her “void” did not go thru. Ulta essentially stole $10 from me as i did not receive anything for the amount charged to my cash app card. I have called the store on highway 92 and have been told yet again “the purchase will clear and give the money back” a complete purchase can’t undo itself. They can’t even simply accept their error and give a 10$ credit they keep acting as if this to will pass. I have the receipt from paid purchase on one debit card and cash app showing the same purchase but for 10$ instead of 9$. I work in customer service never have i seen a company be so in denial of a screw up on their end, and yes 10$ isn’t much but it’s the fact of the matter.

Katie in the beauty department at the Woodstock, Ga location was amazing! I have been trying to find a good coverage foundation that wasn’t too cakey and would look more natural for so long. She also helped me find an overall skin care routine! She was very knowledgeable and helped me finally find my perfect fit. Thanks Katie!!

I order one little thing online to pick up don’t understand why it takes 6 hours to get my order ready. It was just one thing. Worst place to order pick up things. I will be going to my usual ulta that doesn’t take hours to get ready.
