Please if y'all like your furniture and want it moved safely DONT GO HERE!!!! They convinced me that they were to be trusted and to pick no insurance so that WHEN not if they break you items it will not cost them. My washer was dropped down a flight of stairs and they said they will send someone to just look at it not paying for any parts and no labor. This was completely my fauly because I chose incompetent ppl to move my stuff but you don't have to. United Trucking Services or Caddy delivery is better and costs a lot less. Yes i'm bitter i'm wearing 2 day old clothes :\

His team of two men were efficient, careful, and worked tirelessly to get our belongings loaded and unloaded with precision. STRONGLY DISCOURAGE using Terry Scales from Two Men and a Truck commonly in Woodstock and Marietta. Unfortunately, my experience with him has been marred by unprofessionalism, unreliability, and poor communication. Our move was scheduled with a flexible window between Thursday and Saturday. Although the rain on Friday was not his fault, he failed to communicate for 28 hours about rescheduling. He eventually offered me two options for rescheduling, either this afternoon or tomorrow morning. Despite my prioritizing his schedule and selecting this afternoon, I have not received any communication from him as of today, Sunday, March 18th 7:12 pm.
I rarely post negative reviews on Nextdoor and Google Reviews – less than 1% of my feedback is negative. It saddens me to write another unfavorable review, but it's necessary in this case.

We have used Two Men and a Truck on two separate occasions. They are courteous, efficient, and deliver above expectations. Whether its a large or small move, I heartily endorse these folks!!!

I sadly ended up hiring this company for my move back in August. The movers were nice but did not listen to me throughout the move, dropped more boxes than I could keep count and broke the center support legs off the most expensive piece of furniture I have. Finally after consistently following up with them someone responded to my claims email and denied the claim. So then I had to follow up even more. Again someone finally responded and said they would fix the piece of furniture at no cost and we would consider the other probably 10 items that were damaged/broken a wash. They picked the piece of furniture up, its a hutch, and had it for at about 2 months. Finally after way too long, they delivered the piece back to me. When I started cleaning it I realized that it does not sit evenly. However they reattached the legs in the center the back legs now sit a quarter of an inch off the ground so it now wobbles. It is in worse condition now than it was before they took it to supposedly fix it. They brought it back 3 weeks ago. I have been calling and leaving messages ever since. If they answer the phone they just give me the run around and most of the time they do not answer. If I leave a message they do not call me back. I am now having to call their corporate office to see if they can help before I take this to small claims court. Such a hassle!!! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Terrible experience! Guys arrived on time seemed ready to go then one was on the phone for nearly 2 hours while they were loading stuff. So took time away from work for extra chatting. Once off the phone continued to chat a lot amongst each other. Took way longer than it should have to load belongings. When going to our destination it took the movers 30 extra minutes to arrive from when we arrived at the house I can understand a few minutes difference but 30 minutes is ridiculous. They also left some tools at the old house needed to assemble furniture at the new house considering it took them so long to arrive the first time and we already felt way behind we drove to get the tool. As they finished up almost 2 hours longer than quoted…I understand this was a quote but the extensive lack of work loading and extra time it took them to arrive contributed to this…anyways as they finished up we had a piece of furniture we wanted to take the legs off of to try and get in a door way real quick while they were there or have them take it upstairs one of the movers attitudes changed drastically complaining under his breath he was finished and ready to go and cussing. If you were in such a hurry probably shouldn’t have been on the phone for nearly 2 hours. I called and placed a complaint and was told a manager would call me months ago but never heard anything to rectify this. WILL NEVER USE TWO MEN AND A TEUCK AGAIN AFTER THE LACK OF CARE, COMPENSATION FOR MY TIME AND GAS, AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Should have went with the realtors recommendation of Charlie’s Angels. Still waiting for that call Two Men and a Truck.

The guys did great! They were efficient and very quick! We had everything empty and ready to go and it took them no time to wrap our furniture and move it out. They were awesome! Definitely recommend.

I sadly ended up hiring this company for my move back in August.
