“Our car wouldn't start and was in a location that required it to be moved. I called MTM after hours, left a message, and received a call back within 30 minutes. We made arrangements for the car to be towed to their secured location that night. Jeremy followed up the next morning after diagnosing the problem and provided an estimate for our review. They completed the repair and the car was ready as promised. I have used this location of MTM on numerous occasions, for various problems and routine maintenance, and have never been disappointed. “I called 5 different places to get a quote to schedule a towing. Patriot was the cheapest by far(+$40-$60 cheaper). Joy and Shiree were super helpful over the phone and very friendly. Heather, my tow truck driver, was professional and friendly. My only very minor complaint was I was told from the office that they would arrive between 9-10am, and she ended up arriving at 10:15a, not a huge deal for a Sunday though. I will continue to recommend and use Patriot towing.”
