I am extremely grateful for the quick action of our HOA. With the storm coming through last week, there were a few gutters down near my home. Heather A and the community were quick in responding and resolving the issue. It was repaired within 24 hours. I appreciate the quick manner with which they worked to resolve my item. Whenever I've had an exterior issue, they have worked hard to resolve it quickly.

Jeremiah (Jay) from Tolley CM was extremely helpful in resolving some of my issues with some of the contractors. He also helped me resolve a violation I incurred amicably (for which I wasn't notified correctly, due to probably a USPS mistake). As a homeowner, I recommend Tolley as a good CM.

Liz helped us with an issue we were having that a previous property manager for our neighborhood was not willing to help us with. Liz was very prompt with her responses, answered all of our questions, and handled our situation in a way that indicated she actually cared about our well-being along with that of our HOA.

Avoid this property management company at all costs. Ever since I purchased my townhome, I’ve regretted it because the HOA seems to be mismanaging community funds. They claim that rising water costs are the reason HOA dues are nearly $300 a month, yet they refuse to provide receipts or any proof to support this. Their lack of transparency makes it seem like they’re hiding something, and when you try to hold them accountable, they ignore you completely—which only adds to the suspicion.As a first-time homebuyer, this HOA has completely ruined my experience. I now understand why so many people say to avoid HOAs—they feel like nothing more than thieves hiding behind a system. The lack of transparency and accountability has been beyond frustrating, and it’s made what should have been an exciting milestone feel like a nightmare.

I wrote the manager to our subdivision to get the address for payment and got this in response “ The address is 1088 Commerce, GA 30529.” On what planet is that an address🙄? Is Commerce the street name or the city and if the city what’s the street…? Turns out all he had to do is cut n paste it from his signature, to provide something that made sense🤦🏾♀️. The address should be readily available on the stupid app, but it’s not of course. This is why I’m going to run and win President of our association and fire this so called management company, what a waste of time.

Christopher Walts was great, he communicated frequently and made sure we had all the resources promptly after closing so we could get a request approved to build a fence for our two big dogs.
