Will is the most disrespectful and lying technician I've ever ran into. He lied about installing my tires because they were "close to closing" even tho my appointment was set and paid for in full. DO NOT GO HERE! its a shame how one person can paint the picture for a whole chain. If these are the type of employees they are paying, id rather take my vehicle to a place of integrity and respect.

if I could give no stars I would. Service tech "Will" lied and said I had no appointment when I made the appointment through caradvise. He then tells me my lug nuts won't fit on my rims. my appointment was at 4 pm and he said he was short staffed and backed up and they'd have to keep my rims over the weekend. he then calls me and tells me that my rims are different sizes and they can't be installed. keep in mind car advise has payed them in full for service. He then yells at me, has the most disgusting attitude and totally disrespects me for no apparent reason. I do not recommend you take your car here. they are liars and scammers who aren't truly trying to help or do any work at all.

I managed high-volume retail environments for years and will tell you staffing like this is a dream come true.Management -- SHOUTOUT BRANDON, my dude, GM of this location -- honest, helpful, accommodating and no high-pressure. Most importantly, customer-oriented and solution-focused. SUPER easy to work with, honest, up-front, and has realistically promised but over-delivered every time.Employees / Techs -- Solution oriented, great attitudes every time I've been there. Worked me in, even did a rotation as a part of it and still had me in-and-out with time to spare.To my fellow Krustomers:There is sometimes a wait.Y'ALL -- it's FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.So are the appointments. If YOU didn't make an appointment and SOMEONE ELSE did, be prepared to sit down, shut up and wait your turn like everyone else. This is a high-volume location and all resources are finite -- bays / lifts, technicians, parking, all of the above. Plan ACCORDINGLY because if you don't, it's YOUR FAULT, not the technicians trying to help the best they can, not the other customers who got there first... YOURS. Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on everyone else's, who is also "super important / has an emergency / has other stuff to do, etc...". Plan better next time.In closing, can't say enough about the positive experience I've had at every point of contact, every single visit. This location is to be commended for technical competence, attitude, problem-solving, and honesty -- despite the high stress that comes from high-volume workload, entitled consumer base, and corporate-imposed metrics. Last time I was there, these dudes were so awesome that I bought them lunch. It wasn't much, but sometimes "mandatory lunch breaks" are tough to balance with customer volume and I hope some Papa John's on the go helped!To corporate -- when you find a team that works this well under these sorts of challenges, it's indicative of good leadership. Acknowledge them, reward them, and most importantly, recognize that it STARTS with the ground level manager you have in place. Empower and enable Brandon with the support and tools he requires to continue to be successful with his staff and for his customers, listen to his feedback, and you'll have a consistently performing location for years to come.We'll be using this location for as long as you have these people in place. To be clear, our consumer loyalty is not to Tires Plus, Firestone, et al -- it's to the *specific professionals* you have in this location giving exemplary service despite the challenging environment, forging relationships with the locals. We will be using the Woodstock location exclusively for tires and basic services moving forward -- including buying another set (4) of performance tires today (if you think that's BS, check your records in like, an hour! lol).As long as you have these folks in place, you have our business.Thanks folks!Steve & family

I love my local Tires Plus. Brandon and his crew are totally awesome, helpful and honest! We have never had one single problem with any work that has been performed on our personal and business vehicles. They do not try to hard sell any services but are careful to check everything and report any issues to us prior to working on our vehicles. Can't say enough good things about Tires Plus, we are lifelong customers!

My triple axle trailer tire was flat this morning on the way to work, went to advanced to use a impact and they refused to help. Went over to Tires Plus and they were so HELPFUL, NICE and Friendly. Dropped what they were doing knowing I was not spending any money. They got my tire off for me so I could use the spare and did it with a smile. I will use these guys for all my tires going forward.

I called yesterday and said what kind of car I have, he asked me all the information about the car and made an appointment. I arrived today. He said we can't do it. Why was asking and talking if you don't know anything and don't understand what they are explaining to you. eventually lost time.

Overall, I have to say that I am disappointed in the service received on this last visit.First I want to start with the positives. Brandon and Eric are two individuals that appear to be fair, honest, and respectful. They have tried to address some concerns that I have had in the past.Now to the frustration of today. On the previous Friday I picked up my SUV from another tires plus in Kennesaw and was told my vehicle was fixed. I did not drive the vehicle Saturday, but on Sunday I took a 3 hour trip and got stuck in another state.Long story short it was determined by Advanced Auto that my battery needed to be replaced. I replaced it with Advanced Auto because I have a warranty with them, but here is the interesting part.Upon discovery they were able to determine that previous mechanic did not connect the battery back to the fuse box. The Ac stopped working at approximately the same time requiring me to drive 3 hours home with no AC in 97 degree weather.I then take the vehicle for service at the Woodstock Tires Plus and find out that my fuel tank needs to be replaced along with an AC component.The following day I try to use my truck, but it needs service so I take it to Woodstock Tires Plus with an appointment at 11 am.Here is my problems within 2 days of getting my vehicle back I have to replace a fuel tank which should have been caught on Thursday when they addressed an EVAP code.My appointment for my truck was at 11 and I did not receive any news about my vehicle until almost 3. When I was told that it would be another day without both vehicles I expressed my frustration and concernconcerns On why it took several hours to get back to me after I made a couple phone calls throughout the morning.What I was explained to by a very rude person named Will was that these parts are hard to get and it takes time. There was no concern or compassion or motivation to get to my truck knowing that my only two vehicles are at the shop.I am disgusted, disappointed, and beside myself at the lack of care, concern, communication, and work ethic. Will was very disrespect and difficult to talk to. I was also promised an update on my SUV today, but no update was given. I even called multiple times and Will stated i saw you call, but I was on the other line.I understand Woodstock Tires Plus did not create the problem that I find myself in, but they could have made the burden a little easier. When did we as a society start to fall short on helping our fellow people. If we fall short in caring for others, then who will have compassion and understanding during difficult times.

I had my Highlander at a dealership for other repairs, and they said 2 TPMS sensors went bad and needed to be replaced for $260 per. Dealership refused to even give a free inspection, even though I’d just given them Brought it here instead and got a free inspection. Turns out the sensors only needed to be recalibrated - TPMS light on dash was off when I left Tires Plus! Definitely coming here for all my repairs and maintenance!

I bought the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus tires from Tires Plus and I couldn't be happier. They installed and balanced my tires within an hour. It was a pleasant experience and the tires were reasonably priced.
