I’m assuming iNIKOLAS CROWELL the manager is no longer at this location. Whoever is managing this Woodstock location they’re not very knowledgeable, they’re very dishonest. They couldn’t figure out a simple coolant leak problem. This is just a tire shop do not expect any other types of mechanical problems to be fixed or diagnosed by these guys.

Highly wouldn’t recommend. Came in for a simple tire balance. Told it would be a couple mins to get my vehicle in the shop. It’s been 2 hours and the truck is still no completed. Very unprofessional. Workers are wandering around the shop and not focusing on the job at hand. Truck has been in this configuration for over an hour.

I bought 4 new tires, got an alignment and extras to thrown in. The sales staff was helpful and informative. I recommend them highly.

Avoid this place at all costs. Sent me home with loose lug nuts. They stripped/damaged one of studs and couldn't get nut any tighter so they just left it. Wheel weights hit the calipers while driving. They don't torque or check anything before sending the car out.

Today I took my 2021 Ram 2500 in to have a nail removed and have my tire patched.
I had been to several other tire shops and they refused because of my rims. The Manager at Tire Discounters took me right in and fixed my tire.
Folks, if you need any repairs on your vehicles, this is the place to go.
Very professional and quality work!

Great group of guys who did me a solid with patching a tire. They actually informed me I was missing a lugnut and replaced it for me. Quick service and friendly! Thanks guys!

Nik, Shane, and cooper were amazing! I have been helped by nik and Shane previously to the second interaction. Just like before they went above and beyond to care of me and my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and very kind. I will always ask to work with them. We need more Nik and Shane’s in the world! I believe this is coopers second week of working at the store. He has been amazing and was so kind. Very respectful and is a quick learner. He’s is someone also want to work with in the future as well! Thanks again guys! (:

I had a screw in my tire and I Went to Discount Tires and it was a 3 hour wait, I then went to Tire Discounters on highway 92, 5 minutes away from the Discount Tire and they patched me up got it fixed in 10 minutes. If you need to get tires fixed or oil change Go to Tire Discounters

On vacation from Utah through several southern states, we hit some pretty massive pot holes. We desperately needed our front tires balanced. Knowing nothing about Tire Discounters, we pulled into the Woodstock location and spoke with Nik Crowell, the location’s general manager. Such a knowledgeable, good humored, friendly guy. We told him our story and he immediately made us feel right at home. My husband, who used to own a brake & alignment shop in California, and Nik chatted about the process for several minutes. They were definitely on the same page about what needed to be done. They were quick and did a superb job!! The truck rides smooth as glass, no vibrations at all! If I lived in the area there’s no doubt I’d come back to this shop. Thank you to Nik and the mechanics at Tire Discounters.
