I try to do my own work but had no choice here as I had a brake caliper lock up on my F350 about 500 feet from this shop. This was on my way from work, 5 minutes before closing time. Tim was very nice and told me to limp it on over and by early next morning he already had it taken apart and called me to confirm what parts needed to be ordered. Communication and timeliness was impressive as he replaced my brake pads, lines, and calipers the day after he ordered the parts. Tim was working on a classic Cuda when I walked in and upon chatting about cars and trucks I see he has done it all and I’d trust him with anything with a motor. Diesels, muscle cars, classic trucks; if I ever need some work done this will be my go-to shop.Service: Auto brake repair

Had my son's truck for over 2 weeks. We bought all the parts necessary for the engine swap just to be told it couldn't be done with a $1,000 bill. He gave us a $600 break. Bill was supposed to be $1600. Towed it back home & discovered the motor Could be swapped & now another mechanic is handling it. Will be more $ spent, but at least it will be done.If I could rate this shop a 0 I most certainly would! For someone with as many years of experience as he has this is Not acceptable!!! Lots of money lost for Nothing!!!!!

My first interaction was great. Subsequent interactions were not so good. Owner will gladly quote you prices waaaay over market if he thinks you’ll pay it or can afford it. I can’t recommend this place any longer.

I am very dissatisfied with the balance on my receipt. When I picked up the U-Haul truck the gas gauge was just touching the 1/4 mark. I drove a total of 44 miles. I put $20 in the tank at $3.89, which is 5 gals. The fuel gauge was setting on the 1/4 mark. If this truck got 10 miles to the gallon, that would be 50 miles worth of fuel. The area of picking up vehicle is very steep. When I picked it up it was facing up hill, when I dropped it off it was facing down hill. This may have been a factor in a misreading of the fuel gauge. I think it is ridiculous to pay $75 for a fuel charge when I dropped it off with the same amount of fuel as when I picked it up. The owner may be too preoccupied with his main source of income to check it correctly. The truck was dropped off ahead of time with the correct fuel amount and I do not intend to let this go.While I was there A lady couldn't leave because they failed to turn her check engine light off, so they disconnected her battery which erases everything like radio stations and clock settings. He had a very hard time just filling report out on the computer. There was a dead possum in front of his door that was already starting to smell.I tried to call him about this U-Haul overcharge but he would not answer phone and has not returned my call.If I could give a zero rating I would.
