We would give The Premier Group five stars as we had a great experience working with everyone there on the sale of our condo. Brynn Draughton, our agent, did an outstanding job and should be recognized not only for her professionalism but her obvious concern for her clients. She was always available to us and went over and beyond our expectations. We feel we have made a friend for life. We would also like to recognize Candace Managan and Debbie for doing a great job of keeping us up to date on everything. Our closing went smoothly because of the good work of all these great ladies.

It’s very clear that Lisa Schudel’s motive is to understand the clients’ wants and needs in a home. My father died in March. Not long after I started getting letters from TPG Keller Williams wanting to buy my father's home. Very offensive and disappointing. This type of solicitation is disgusting. My father lived in an assisted living facility, so they aren't even professional enough to do their due diligence.

We have used Lisa Morton and TPG to sell a home and most recently buy a home, and we could not be more satisfied with both transactions. When we had to sell our dream home in 2017 due to a job relocation to Pennsylvania, we were devastated, but Lisa helped us through the process. She stayed in contact with us the whole time while living in PA, without any of us knowing we would eventually move back to GA. She was the first person I called when we moved back and were finally ready to buy again. Throughout the ups and downs of this crazy market over the last couple of years, she stayed with us until we were ready. When I located a “coming soon” home that we had to have, she (and Brynn) worked some magic getting us under contract and closing in 20 days!! While we hope to be in our forever home, I would only use this team for future transactions and recommend them to anyone in the market to buy or sell. I would also be remised if I did not mention as an educator how much this team does for Cherokee County Schools! They are phenomenal partners!

Everyone at TPG was wonderful to work with! From our agent Lisa Morton to our listing operations manager Debbie Karp and our contract coordinator Candace Mangan, everyone was lovely to work with and made the process as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommend them more!

Cannnot say enough good about this group. My sister-in-law passed away last June, so we were given the task of taking care of her estate. Took forever for probate, but finally got through it. Then came the sale of the house. This group was awesome! We had and accepted a contract for full asking the same day it went live online. Could not have asked for a better, smoother close. And I want to add that we closed in 2 weeks. It was a mail close as we live in Dallas and Gloria's house is in Woodstock!

My brother passed away last Fall and I found myself in need of fixing up and then selling his house which was about 1400 miles away from where I live. I am very thankful to have met Lisa Morton and the team at TPG.Not only did Lisa and her team help coordinate all of the efforts needed to make necessary repairs on the house, they also helped me find local charities I could donate to, found me a roofer to deal with a major insurance claim on such, coordinated all the affairs to get the house completely show worthy, and then led the sale of the house for a very exciting amount.In addition, the teams they surrounded themselves with to handle the complex details of closing were just as outstanding.I'm thrilled to have this past me, but also a bit sad that our working relationship has ended. They are that good.Use this group. Use this team. You won't regret it.

Our experience is unique in that we were not selling our home with a realtor. That being said Lisa Schudel represented her buyer well by reaching out to us via our Marketplace ad. She stopped by the house, asked if she could see it and then reached out to her client. We agreed to pay her for her help and are very thankful we did. It was extremely apparent that Lisa made sure she found the perfect fit for her client but also took very good care of us. She was quick to respond to questions and concerns, extremely approachable and a pleasure x 10 to work with. We highly recommend Lisa Schudel and should we be in need of an agent - she will be first on our list to call.

The Premier Group is the only reason we were able to get the home of our dreams moving from Louisiana to Georgia! We worked specifically with the realtor Beth Ferguson and she helped us through everything we needed to do to get our house in this crazy market. Candace Cody was a blessing to work with as well making sure everything was ready to go for closing and we had all the information needed to set up utilities and such for our new home. I would recommend this team to anyone moving to the area!
