Please invest more money in hiring some people at the customer service desk who actually have some sense. The "supervisor" was called over for my return and she had an attitude saying sorry it's out of the return window. Funny enough, I pull up my receipt from online and it allows me to return all the way until June 2024. Wow, I said, that seems a little bit longer than 90 days don't you think? I think it is hilarious. Also, they say oh it was not on this card when you can have evidence clear as day of your bank account statement. I do not know if this is an issue with their system or if the employees struggle with training.

I did some shopping and had to try something on. I had a full cart filled with meat, clothes, etc. I put it half in the changing area and half out so it wouldn't be mistaken for re-shop and there were two workers there as well to see I was in changing. I came out and my cart was gone. Found out it was taken to guest services. Before I even talked to someone, a thin guy saw me walking towards guest services and ran into the back so he wouldn't have to help me. I got someone else and they gave me most of my stuff back- except for my $25 umbrella that was mine- wet in an umbrella bag. Clearly not a target item. When I asked for it back the attendant at guest services told me he didn't know where it was and to go through the store and ask workers if they knew where it was. Halfway back into the store with my $300 worth of purchases it dawned on me- why am I walking my butt back here, you have a walkie buddy! After asking several people I gave up in the umbrella. My mom works at Target and told me to make a complaint. I was directed to a chat box instead of talking to someone on the phone. I hadn't even gotten into what happened and the person in the chat box was saying,"I'm so sorry that happened to you". I had to tell them I didn't say what the problem was yet and they passed me to someone else. I told them the customer service was terrible and they said sorry that happened. I was expecting a call back from management or something and received nothing. Glad my purse, wallet, cell phone or kid wasn't in the cart! They might snatched that too!

I was able to return pants I purchased online that were too big within 30 seconds of walking in, and the employee who helped me was very sweet!

This Target has to be the absolute worst one to shop at, and it's a shame because it is the closest one to my house. The grocery section is constantly understocked and I end up having to go elsewhere to get items I need. Apparently all the floor employees that are available to help have been replaced with these idiots who stage the pick up orders; and they are either blocking aisle access with their carts or rudely running people out of the way who are trying to shop while they barrel through the store. It's sad when Walmart is providing the better experience than you.

Just went christmas shopping for my kids and this location has a great selection of toys in stock, boys and girls. The employees were also helpful and very friendly. All around good experience.

Call me "basic" but Target is definitely one of my favorite places to shop. Compared to Targets that I used to frequent in the Pittsburgh area and locations closer to the city, the north west ATL suburbs have some pretty amazing locations. I think Woodstock, Canton, and East Cobb all have pretty magical stores, but Woodstock is my favorite. This store has fantastic greeters at the front of the store who seem legitimately friendly and happy to be saying hello to shoppers as they enter. The store is also very clean and well maintained. Even the dollar section - which is frequently chaotic at other stores - seems very nice and easily to shop. I do have to say that I've begun to avoid the store later at night. The store itself feels safe at all hours (though the parking lot has felt sketchy to me late), but I have had some negative experiences late at night. After 10pm, I've received a number of "recovery statements" (if you've worked in retail, you know) and also had someone grill me at self-checkout regarding if I'd paid for everything in my cart. The experiences have just frustrated and offended me, so I've tried to shop in the store before 9pm since then.

I mean target is target. If you have seen one you've seen them all. But the staff here is by far the best I have encountered out of the hundreds I have been to. All so friendly and courteous and eager to help. This will always be my preferred location

Ive never been to a Target that has the customer service of a Chick fil a! Everyone is sooo nice! They have door greeters that are always very pleasant & the staff are always so kind when asking for help! The store is always clean, fully stocked and ready to take all my money! This is my go to Target! Best one hands down!!!

Jennifer was an awesome help to my son's father who was running to get some baby food for me since I am currently unable to walk. She walked him back to the baby food section and even helped him find the stage food we needed for our son. We really appreciate her help. She went above and beyond for us and was very sweet. I love how high quality the store is, they have done such a good job making the store modern and extremely clean and organized. They have so many good products, it is worth paying a little extra. Came here for back to school shopping because they always have quality inventory. And their grocery is actually good too!

Very clean store and well stocked. The layout is a bit odd but that is probably a corporate thing. It was a little hard to find a staff person on the floor, but when I do, they are always friendly and helpful -- even walking me to the item.

This location has slowly been going downhill. I feel that the merchandise has been slacking and the employees just walk around in silence. There is absolutely no music playing in the store and the bathrooms are poorly maintained. What happened??

I figured I'd update since it's been a couple years. I added a star because during this visit every employee that I came in contact with greeted me and asked if I was finding everything. Bravo Target on upgrading your customer service. Best time to find a good deal is at the end of the seasons. Tons of 70% off merch. I did however notice that they needed more cashiers. I wound up choosing to self checkout.
