I’ve only been here 2 times, but they are always so helpful & kind at this location. They got my issue taken care of as soon as they had my phone. There was a bit of a wait, but the workers were working so hard to get through the line and help everyone efficiently. You should have no problem being kind & waiting when you’re going to get great & friendly assistance. I didn’t catch anyone’s names, but all 3 workers on a Sunday afternoon were as nice as it gets.

If any customer service doesn't acknowledge that you have come into this location well good luck. Me and my son went in to get a screen protector and another gentleman walked in 5 mins later and was helped. Mind you we were already waiting 10 minutes. And apparently it takes 2 employees to help one customer. So its 5 employees for 2 customers. Yeah great customer service. So we left to go to another location for a simple screen protector.

I ran into some issues at another store. Bailey was super helpful and quickly fixed the issues created at another location. If you’re in the Acworth / Woodstock area come to this location!!!

I'd really love to honor Crystal who works at this T-Mobile, I'm not a friend either. She did a fantastic job moving us over from Verizon to T-mobile. She was very knowledgable and able to answer all our questions. She helped reassure us that it was a good move and it was. BUT I was really impressed because weeks after we got our phones I lost some important documents and called the store, talked to her and she happily emailed me the documents needed in a timely fashion. If you go to this store work with Crystal! She's the best and very professional!

I went to this location to sign up for T-Mobile 5g internet. They were busy, so I had to wait a few minutes for my turn to see a representative. The representative that I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to complete my transaction quickly. Very satisfied with my 1st experience at this store.

Watch these guys. Manager will not even call me back. Changed my old cheaper plan to a new plan even after we told him no no no. Good thing I checked online account and called the call center. My bill went up 80 dollars so he could give me a free line that we did not even need.

I didn't realize that this was going to be like an emergency room visit. Slow, no sense of urgency at all. They move in slow motion. Amazing lack of energy. Either the systems they use are horribly ineffective or the employees are. Maybe both. Better to do things online.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Immediately after I walked in, I knew it was going to be a bad experience. The salesperson immediately looked bothered by my presence. Probably hated that he had to stop talking to the other salesperson. Long story,Tmobile made an error and this salesperson didn't want to help in any way.....even calling customer service or to give me a number to talk to. I made a point to ask him very clearly that he was not going to help me. So instead of losing it in front of my little girl,we left.....and drove almost 30 minutes to another Tmobile. Had a quick and customer friendly experience with zero issues and got everything handled how it should have originally been taken care of. Steer clear of this location. Listen to the ratings....there's a reason this location has a poor rating compared to the others.

They were busy, and all associates were helping other people when I walked in, which is no problem. They were doing their job, so that's what the 2nd star is for instead of just 1 star.Waited over 30 mins, all the associates glanced at me but no one greeted me or said anything to me. As I walked out, still no word.I'm sure the owner will come up with some generic response about how they apologize for not giving me their high-standard service and ask for me to give them another chance... maybe, but not this location.
