I reserved a uhaul trailer for 445. I arrived at 440 and the employee stayed that I couldn't pick it up because another employee wasn't there. Stated that I have a reservation and he said "not my problem" I have used them several times for trailer rentals . I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Rented a U-Haul from this Sunoco and had a great experience. The cashier was very transparent about the costs and explained the little nuances about the truck. Would rent from them again. ?

Be careful at this store. I've been going to this store for couple of years now. They will overcharge you if you don't pay attention.. It has happened to me twice and the second time, I didn't call them out on it because I was on a lunch break. It's a shame that these convenient stores are nickling and diming their customers because of greed..

The pumps don't work right. I caught the guy putting the wrong price in at the pump. I paid for cash price he still put in credit card price and when I called them out on it he said all the pumps are broken and that I'm really getting the correct amount. It's happened a few times now over a six month period and each time they have a different excuse.
