Arrived at 5:25pm… was told they were not accepting more customers. There was nobody in the waiting area… They are open till 6 PM but that must not be the case. They should state on their Google page that they do not accept new customers after 5 PM even though they’re open till 6pm. The girl that told me sorry, not sorry had I don’t give a “blank” attitude!

Tried coming here one time a few weeks ago and it was closed, in it's "open" hours. I came back a second time and told "sorry, we're done for the day." One hour before their modified closing time of 6pm. I arrived right at 5pm. Not coming here again.

Be warned! Their App show 1 minute wait time until you do a check in and then it magically hanges to 30 minutes or more. Bait and switch!!!

I’m sure the haircuts here are great, if you could ever get one. Tried 2 days in a row to come get my haircut with no luck. I have this thing called a job that prevents me from coming in at 11am, so I tried coming in after work and no one was there. The hours state they’re open, but the door was locked and nobody was there. Look, I get not being able to staff the location, but if you’re going to advertise being open, then stay open! Otherwise, provide a way for people to make appointments (this is not possible in the app). Looks like this is a theme based on all the other recent reviews. If the owner reads this, you need to get your store in order or just shut it down. Just ridiculous.

Terrible with the customer service. Apparently someone else had the same complaint. I came in 40 minutes before closing, and they were finishing up a customer. I had checked in 10 minutes prior. But the lady rudely yelled out we’re done for the day, we are open tomorrow. I barely had my foot in the door. Today is May 21st by the way.

I got on the wait list and it was a 250 minute wait. Kept checking but halfway through I was deleted from the list. Very disappointed.

No one was there I was told they not taking anyone one else. How can you say you're booked out with nobody's in the salon I only needed a trims around my ears and my back of my neck and that was it 10 minutes tops you lost another customer now

Sometimes busy, but book online and you'll be in & out. Great service and prices!!
