I seldom have first experiences with company's as good as mine was today with Speedee Oil Change, Tires & Auto Care on Eagle Dr., Woodstock. I first phoned into the shop and spoke with Jeremy who explained to me the "system"...I really needed an oil change as I was leaving out of town for a couple of weeks. The Kia dealership and several of my previous haunts were all unavailable. Jeremy said bring it in in a couple of hours and we will get you fixed up quickly...they did. When I asked about a coupon that I had he said sure bring it in and we will take it off the already fair price for synthetic oil change...no attitude.
When I arrived a few minutes late Jeremy checked me in got my car on the rack quickly and the 17 pt. service began...I noticed a 5 oil change package that was really impressive as I use only synthetic...after the service had begun he gave me the 5 pack discount...even cheaper than what I had agreed to, then I asked about cabin and air filter he said they did it and it was about 25% cheaper than where I was going to go...also, with the 5 pack deal I get free tire rotation which saved me about 60 plus minutes of going to Discount Tire...if I could get in.
I got in at ten minutes after 11 and got out by 11:45 (gave me time to walk over to Chick Filet for lunch.
Now, this is my first experience but it was extremely impressive and the service prices were very good. As a side note I overheard a technician (Ray) and he was explaining the issues a customer was having and he really felt sorry for this customer and showed real concern on how he could help...this was not staged...Ray and Jeremy both sounded extremely competent and concerned for a customer not even there. That goes a long way with me.
I met Chad the mgr and he could not have been more pleasant and appreciative of my business. Well done Speedee...now, I know they franchise so I can only speak for the one in Woodstock, GA...
Okay, now Speede has been sold out and is now known as Legacy in the same location.
I had gone in not long ago maybe several months and met one of the owners and he seemed very pleasant. I got my oil changed and it was done in a timely manner for about 60 and change...time for my next oil change and WOAH...it was no 102 dollars and I had tried to call the store and was successful on my third call after letting it ring for a considerable time. I am going to a competitor nearby who is providing synthetic oil change AND tire rotation for 69....now that I can live with. Really sorry to see that happen to Speedee great people, service and price.
I will admit the first encounter was pretty good with Legacy...this one really disappointed. I will report on the other business later!

My parents told me to bring my car to this location for my car repair and they were right to do so. Stephen was always very pleasant helpful when I spoke with him. And even though it took me longer than expected to pay for the repairs they were very patient and understanding as well as offered me options for early payments. Highly recommend this repair shop.

The owner Steven helped me get a new set of lug nuts I ordered installed on my E-Ray since GM doesn’t provide a lug nut wrench to do so myself. He didn’t bother to charge me anything at all and got me a right in. 5 star service??

First time getting service here (tires and brakes). Did the job well and quickly, and had opportunity to "upsell" but didn't. Very good communication and options presented up front. Probably not trying to undercut others' prices, but that's fine with me when the value is there.

No one answers the phone when called... I've randomly gone twice 6 months aparts and both times it was closed. Used to be good as "Speedee"
