If I could rate zero I would have. Arriving the place was difficult to locate. Told me that there was a real nice office "up there". Nothing about "up there" gave me the inclination that there was an office with waiting area anywhere around. Handed him $100 cash which was immediately shoved into his front pocket. Broke a wheel stud removing lug nuts. Was advised they could not fix it but instructed me that it was very easy to repair myself. What? Noticed 2 days later one of the tires had multiple plug repairs from previous use. The tires did not match. Was wondering why they were in conversation and laughing together as I drove off. Never gave me a receipt.

The owner of this business has been nothing but kind and professional from the start. I have repeatedly visited for various car troubles since his opening and left satisfied with his work each time. Gonzalo has not only been efficient, but he’s been honest and fair. He gives honest quotes and does honest work and I’m glad to have stumbled upon his shop.
