“I had to pop into this FedEx location to mail a package and outside of finding a parking space and dodging vehicles and people, the experience was stellar! This particular FedEx is located in the small, yet busy Woodstock Exchange complex located on 92 that also houses Firehouse, Moe's, WingStop, Leslie's Pool and a vape shop. Parking is a hot commodity here, especially around lunch time, as the three eateries next to FedEx eat up most of the spaces. In addition, the lot is small and narrow, so be careful when pulling in and out...folks ain't paying no attention! The interior of the store was well kept, organized and clean. It is spacious for a FedEx and has all the goods and services you would need including scanners, computers, printers, fax machines, packing station, etc...Additionally, they have a good selection of packages, packaging material, greeting cards, school and office supplies. Service was solid. When I walked in, I was greeted by two employees, one on the floor and the other behind the register. Justin is who assisted me with the shipment and he was friendly, helpful and an overall pleasure to interact with. Overall, when I am in need of a FedEx service, this will certainly be my go to location!”
“The UPS employee looked up my address when my phone was not connecting, instead of making me come back. Then she made a box for my items I had to mail out, and I was very pleased with the price! This is the only place I’ll mail from anymore! Convenience A+, Customer Service A+”
“Went to the UPS store needing a document for court in the morning... Kendrick (once realizing I needed to go home to email the document) said he would stay late to accommodate me... Although I made it back before closing he volunteered to go above and beyond for me... You don't usually see this level of customer service anymore... Kudos to you Kendrick, YOU are going places ..”
