Came in on Christmas Day to get some energy drinks. They are charging 4.50 per can where everyone else charges $3.

I would leave a 0 if U could. Pulled up around 7:45p on 1/18/2024. Attempted to get gas. Inserted my card at the pump, then attempted to enter my Kroger Plus number. Pump would proceed. I go inside to see if I can conduct my transaction inside. The tells me I can and to insert my card. Then she begins to tell me that I can't insert my card and enter my Kroger Plus number at the same time. I have to enter my number 1st. However at this point, she's agitated saying you can't do two things at once and that's why it's not working. Ok. It's not that serious, so I'm smiling because I'm trying to convey pleasantness. She doesn't take my smile as such and goes on a rampage on how my smile is condescending and she's the owner and she told me twice how to do it. I'm taken aback because I'm not sure what squirrel has crawled up her but, but whatever. I would just like to get some gas. She then proceeds to tell me she's not a child, she's a grown woman and very successful and that I can leave because she's doing better in life than she perceive me to be doing. Not sure what was up with this lady, but she was on one. Piss poor customer service and conflict resolution skills (not really a conflict when a person is smiling an exuding the opposite of conflict, but whatever).

I ask the man if I could buy lottery tickets at 6 pm he said no our lottery machine is down. Yes it was down this morning. He said it was all over Georgia. That was a lie. I just brought one down the street. I will not come here again. Bad service.

It's a gas station and we needed gas. The pump worked fine as did the paying at the pump option. It was a pleasant transaction as I hate having to go inside to pay or get the receipt.Quick and easy!

Worst customer service ever when you go here make sure you ask for your receipt lady tried to steal my money. Lady is very rude And unprofessional she really needs to get fired giving Shell a horrible name. Will never return to this location

I have been waiting over 15 minutes no one came. Gas station is locked but someone is in there. Its 4 cars out here. 6am its suppose to be 24 hr store.

Busy area to get gas and you can miss it if you're not paying attention but it's a solid gas station. If you're hungry there is some tasty food to be had next door.
