A family member bought a car here about six weeks ago...the care recently blew up..By the grace of God I made it out...thank God I didn't have my 6mths old grand baby with me or any other family member....called the dealership..he wouldn't talk to me..he said call the insurance company...

EDIT : The way that these people smiled in our faces all while knowing they were selling us a totaled car is a shame. 2 months later we are right back where we started with no transportation. When we test drove the car and was sold the car no lights were on and everything seemed fine. 3 weeks into having the car the check engine light comes on so we took it to Nissan to run a diagnostic. Nissan told us that 3 of the 4 engine cylinders misfired along with an internal leak (the coolant). Nissan tried to get us to trade in the car we got from Selective but we decided to get a second opinion from Selective themselves, poor thinking on our part. We called Selective and spoke with Sal concerning the fact that they sold us a car that needs a new engine. He used every excuse in the book to assure us that the engine light was nothing to fret over. “I don’t know what those other people are talking about because the engine is fine” “Used cars come with problems” “We see nothing wrong with the cylinders” blah blah blah…. After 3 weeks Selective took the car back to be serviced by THEIR mechanic for about a week and in the meantime they provided us another used car that the mechanic did not feel comfortable putting up for sale yet for transportation. A week after this we get the car back and all seems fine, the mechanic still doesn’t know why the check engine light was on, but Sal and him continue to assure us everything is fine and then they tell us “when you wanna move on to something else come back and we will get you into something”. It’s only been two months in with this car and now we are sitting in a Toyota dealership with an $8,000+ repair on the Toyota Prius that Selective sold us. The car needs an entire new engine. We spent $7,000 getting the car from Selective... In short, we were sold a totaled car. These people will tell you what you want to hear and take advantage of young people who know no better. Be very careful coming to this place.

I purchased a 2013 F250 Super Duty from this business and discovered so many problems with this truck. Wheel bearings, all steering linkage, shocks, rear axle ring and pinion. The mechanical issues I was okay dealing with but the body was sprayed with under coating to cover up a massive problem. I know it was these guys that did it because the under coating was on the filters at my first oil change. My son was getting into the truck and the side step fell off of the truck. He hurt his leg. The purchasing of the truck was also fraudulent. The bank called and said they had to push back on mark up of the sales order after I signed it. I'm glad they got the price back to what was originally agreed to. The rust damage was hidden deliberately and it caused someone to get hurt. Yes the truck was sold AS IS but this was a lemon and should have never been sold to anyone. I'm replacing the cab and truck bed which is costing me an additional 8k on top of the mechanical issues just after I bought it. Total in repairs is nearing 12k. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Very dishonest people. Sam, you will face judgement someday for what was done here.
UPDATE: After removing the cab to replace it, I found significant damage to the frame on the driver side that required cutting out the frame and putting in a new piece. I'm up to 15k now in damage. I'm VERY upset about this.
