I'm basing my rating on the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager, Melissa, is an unbelievably kind and compassionate person. All of the pharmacy staff there have been kind over the years.

Just wanted to say an extra thanks to the pharmacist (I didn’t catch her name) but she was the most helpful in my search for finding a certain generic for a medication. We didn’t come to an immediate solution unfortunately due to out of stock (obviously out of her control) but she really tried to help & talked me through another possible solution!

This is one of the cleanest Sam's Clubs I have been inside in quite some time. The parking lot was designed rather poorly, but their gas station usually has the lowest price on gas, so if you don't mind zig-zagging all over the place you can save some money. As with most warehouse clubs, in order to really save money on the goods inside the store, you have to catch what's on special at the time. It's usually less crowded than everybody's favorite wholesaler (I can't name any names, but it's on the north side of town), which is convenient to me, since I live closer. Also, I like their Scan & Go feature using the app...basically you use your phone to scan barcodes as you add them to your cart, and you can skip the checkout line (granted you have to preload a card into your account to use this, so you can't pay with cash).

Absolutely horrible customer service. We waited 1 hour for curbside pickup. Why give a time when your order will be ready if you still have to wait an hour just to get it?? Food court lines, another story...ridiculous! I called customer service multiple times... a total joke! Don't waste your time or money on a membership here!I wish they would build a Costco right next to this Sams!!

I was and have been racially profiled by the greeter at this store for weeks. So long, in fact, that I have kept track for the last 7 trips there and stopped bringing my kids because it was so bad that my oldest felt uncomfortable going. I finally said something to a black employee to make sure I was fully heard and he told me he had to say something to this certain greeter multiple times about not singling minorities out and making sure she checked EVERYONE'S card. Which I want to say, I have my card ready to go every time she has CHASED me down into aisles to make sure when she hasn't done that to everyone. (I could tell you exactly what the people were wearing and what they looked like at my last visit because I was THAT aware of being singled out.) I want to be clear, I NEVER MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. I didn't leave my name or number to get a call back, I only said something to the employee I trusted. Two hours after I left TJE MANAGER CALLED ME (meaning he LOOKED UP MY INFO; name, addres, phone ETC) to tell me he had "actual black people watch the footage" and they agreed with him, that I was basically a liar and this hadn't happened to me and definitely hadn't happened as many times as I said it had. Completely gaslit me. I asked for his name more than 3x and he never told me, he literally screamed over me, ignoring me and hung up. I called back several times and not one answer from this man. I also called and asked the pharmacy and they went to ask his last name and came back to let me know they couldn't tell me his last name. I only know his first name is AARON. AARON COMPLETELY VIOLATED MY RIGHY TO PRIVACY WHEN HE LOOKED UP MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO CALL ME. Women get protection orders everyday on men who do this. THIS WAS WRONG. Once again, I made no formal complaint, him doing this and then conducting himself on the phone like he did was completely inappropriate and I have taken this to corporate.

I am afraid to shop at Sam's anymore. Today I went to Sam's to buy some 4 gallon bottled water and as I was going to the place to grab some bottles, I was blocked by a woman in one of those battery powered shopping carts. She was blocking my way forward and the customer support line was blocking me going around. I waited about 5 minutes until my legs started hurting and then I went around her, my cart hit hers slightly, but I straightened out my path and went on. Then she stopped talking to the clerk an screamed at me in the loudest voice F-bomb fighting word loaded sentence. I was frightened by the hostility and rage coming at me. I will not be shopping there for quite a while. I told the greeter at the entrance why I was leaving and he seemed happy about that. Seniors, beware when you shop at Sam's. This is not the same place it used to be.

Well it's great that Sam's wants to offer new members 8 dollar memberships while pissing off old members who just want to do a simple return. There are no accommodations for the existing members like myself who just want to do a return as opposed to stand in the line of over 50 people. In fact I am writing this review in this line. Way to go Sam's bring in the new folks and piss of your existing members - nice business model

Walked in needing to make a purchase of a kayak and wanted to pick up later. The lady I met said "absolutely no problem", showed me exactly what to do and made sure my purchase was marked for pickup. Great friendly, fast service z

Every year around this time Sam's club carries crab Rangoon frozen and in a box. My family loves them and this specific location claimed on their website that they are in stock at this location. I live in Roswell and their site says they aren't available at the Roswell location so I drove to Woodstock just to get them. After an hour of driving I arrived at Woodstock Sam's and of course, they didn't have them in stock! An entire afternoon wasted trying to get them but never again. I'm ready to get a refund for my membership and shop somewhere else.

Yikes. Turns out the tire I mentioned previously was delivered to the shop the day after I ordered it! Had to get a manager involved to break the "is it here" stalemate. Their e-mail system failed to notify me, so the tire had sat there in the shop for 3 weeks, and nobody bothered to reach out to me about it, despite them having taken down my phone number at the time of ordering...Their appointment book was backlogged for a week, so I had to show up a few times as a walk-in to roll the dice on getting squeezed in. Finally lucked out today and got it done.Fingers crossed I don't need to return to this location, or get any of these tires replaced by Sam's Club. This was a giant mess every step of the way.

This review is for Sam's Club in general, not a specific location. If you decide you'd rather not be a member, best of luck getting your membership refund. I stayed on the phone for THREE HOURS, trying to cancel my membership and get my money back. After speaking to four different people, one said he'd email me a gift card from Sam's Club. I asked, what good does that do me if I'm no longer a member?!?!? He replied that the e-card could be used at either Sam's or Walmart. Here's the wording from the e-card, pasted and copied here:"Using your eGift Card is simple:redeemOn lineShop at Sam's Club or Walmart online.redeemIn storePrint this page.Redeem at any of our Sam's Club or Walmart locations."Since I plan to shop at neither of those again, I gave the e-card to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. She tried to use it to buy some items at Walmart yesterday, and they told her they didn't have the card in their system, and then treated her like she was a common criminal. Infuriating. Now she too will no longer shop at either. Good.I recommend you stay away from the criminals at Sam's and Walmart. They'll never get another penny of my money.

I will NEVER EVER do business with this pharmacy again! The pharmacist that was there today 7/17/2020 at 3:30pm wouldn't fill my prescription. He kept calling a different medication then what it was and said that it needed to be written a different way. That is scary that he doesn't know his meds correctly!! I took it to Kroger and they filled it with no problems! My pharmacist at Kroger actually laughed when I told her what the man at Sam's Club called my medicine and how he said he could not fill it!! Sam's Club I'm very disappointed! I shop here on the regular! I'm a business owner that buys products in bulk and I shop here more than 3-4 a month.....if they don't find a different pharmacist I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

I will say, don't come here if you aren't ready to eat large quantities of items, because everything is sold in bulk, but it does make everything at a value price. I came here and got tons of really good and interesting looking foods, and filled up a whole cart. Even for being a full cart, it was already pretty cheap, only $280. Then we had a bunch of saved up members points and were able to get it all for $70! I love being able to get bulk for cheap. Everything is fresh and delicious. I love sample Sunday!

n Saturday April 11th at the Sam's Club location located on HWY 92 in Woodstock GA. I came to this location to purchase a Nintendo Switch Lite, the sales associate told me he had a bunch in stock and gave me the card and directed me to go to checkout. I get to checkout and a African American women is helping me and the Caucasian male is unloading the carts. We hand them all of our cards. We were purchasing the Xbox with2 controllers, 1 Nintendo Switch Lite Gray, and 1 extra Xbox controller. The associate tells the short guy with the glasses what we wanted and he comes back with all the wrong stuff, then he walks away and starts casually speaking with another associate, we call him back over to let him know we had the wrong items, he seems upset. He brings back 2 switch accessory bundles, a Roblox Xbox and no extra controller. We tell him again theses items are wrong. Then I have to tell the women cashier that she rung me up for 2 switches and I only wanted 1, then she gives me a mean mug and looks over at the other employee silent... that pissed me off, then she yells to the long line that she was sorry for the inconvenience as if it were our fault the line was being held up to the isles. Then the employees tell me they don't have any switches in stock, we are upset because the other rep just told us you had a bunch now you don't have any. So we purchased the Xbox and controllers only and left upset. Then a Facebook friend of mine tells me today that she came to this Sam's Club location and got a Nintendo Switch Lite she said the manager is stashing them, she said that she had to specifically ask for the manager Aaron Brown and he was able to get them the Switch! ARE YOU SERIOUS! 2 things! The older African American women cashier was rude, not helpful and kept ringing me up wrong. And the African American short male with the glasses was also rude, not attentive to our needs, kept giving us the wrong items walking away. The Caucasian male was the only one who was helpful and kind. And before you throw race in this we are black!

I went to my local Sam's club in Woodstock to pick up ground turkey. I didn't see anything there, so I asked a butcher who was stocking roast where I could find the ground turkey as it was still showing as in stock on the app. He was a white male, around 6'2", who wore glasses and was clearly balding. "We're out", he gruffed. "So will it be in stock tomorrow?" "We're out," he barked. I thanked him and walked away, when he muttered, "if you ask three or four more times the answer will still be no!" Now I am Christian and a professional! If took Jesus and my MD to keep me calm. I alerted a manager of his rudeness, but I'm sure nothing was done. I'm dropping Sam's for Costco. I spend too much money to be disrespected.
