Kayla Lamp was so sweet and helpful. She paid attention to what I said and did a wonderful job on my new look. I have been complimented so much and I tell them to go to Salon 3:16. Great atmosphere!!!

Michelle Burell owns Salon 316 in Woodstock and she's cut my hair for all the years since she opened. Inspiring and encouraging, she's always helping others. They now have two barbers, so I hope more male clients give them a try.

From the first day I walked into the salon Michelle has gone out of her way to give me exactly what I want and I have never left disappointed. Michelle always makes me feel comfortable and does quality, consistent work on my hair. I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful and often get complements from strangers. I was referred by a friend I told Penny how I whated my hair cut, but she did it her why not mine. Do not use her for a hair cut plus she is to ecpensive.

I have gone here for myself and for my 8 year old son. I plan on taking my 10 year old daughter as well. Penny did a great job cleaning up my "covid cut." She also did a great job cutting my son's hair so that both of us are happy. The last 3 places I went ruined his hair so I was so thankful for this place!
