Honestly the worst Off 5th I have ever been in. A bright sunny day and walking in was like walking into a cave. The store was dark and humid despite outside being a very pleasant spring day. The menswear section was almost nonexistent and the center of the store was crowded with piles of boxes and loose merchandise.

They have a lot of very nice stuff in the store, the staff was okay, not to friendly but not bad just okay.

Sale items were very reasonable. Found some really nice stuff. Corinne Customer service was probably the worst I have seen this year but I will attribute it to age. Not one acknowledgement or word from her to assist me. I basically put my stuff down and she wrang it up.

I’ve bought a men’s blazer for $100 that I became to realize a couple months later was completely damaged when I wanted to use it for the first time. The quality was so poor that the seams were completely ripped open. The manager was trying to tell me that this happened in my possession although I’ve never even worn it.

This store has become such a disappointment overall. Years ago I found a beautiful vera wang dress for an event. I've gone back to a few different Saks off 5th stores, and it just feels very picked through. You can get the same Calvin Klein dresses at Ross for $30-$40. Nothing special here unfortunately.
