Country bank with country people that don't know anything when it comes to the customers being right . Trash bank. Keeps money from an mistaken zelle transaction on a closed account. No wonder everyone I know stop banking with you.Couldn't even help me when my ex wife was stealing from my account and the proof was right there. Now no matter what proof a customer has still can't get anything corrected. Dont bank with them because the second you have an issue, they aren't there to support you

Horrible bank. Rude, incompetent employees. It is literally never open. It is like banking in the 1950s. No modern services. Do not bank there. Ever.

Horrific service. VP set up my account originally. For a month I could not set up online banking because he was not quite capable of having all info mailed to me. I had to follow up 3 times before he finally figured out he screwed up. I tried to deposit 7k in cash in drive thru. I was told only 5k could be accepted. I deposited 5k and drove around the building to deposit 2k but they would not accept it and I had to go inside. While I am waiting literally 10-15 minutes to deposit the money with not another customer in the place, a second teller comes up while my teller is taking forever to make my deposit and asks, "can you hand me my cell phone charger?". I looked at her like she was out of her mind to interrupt my teller and transaction versus simply walking around the counter and getting her charger herself. My teller stopped helping me and walked over and handed her the charger. I am not exaggerating when I tell you it took 10-15 minutes for her to complete the deposit. Then, the lady with the charger walked around the counter for another reason oblivious to what she had done. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AFTER 90 DAYS. Also, they do not provide direct numbers to their branches online. You have to call an 800 number to get someone at a branch on a phone. Renasant is very small in the banking world. I am not aware of any of the larger banks that hide the branch numbers.... wander why?
