I just want to say I really didn't know much about boots at all when I walked in. But Lisa greeted me at the door and helped me the whole way through the process. She let me try on different boots after sizing my feet to find the right pair that fits perfectly.

Went in knowing nothing walked out feeling like a shoe all-star. Kyler and Lisa were such wonderful help when I walked in they greeted me with a smile and proceeded to help me pick out some wonderful shoes I will definitely be back.

I would have to say that I was super nervous buying the $300 pair of boots but Shelly beaver made it easy she even measured my feet so the insoles would fit perfectly I would have to say the best experience buying boots I've ever had in my whole entire life thank you so much Shelly

I don't know why they are even open, they don't have anything g in stock in one of the most common sizes, nothing that's online is even there, the few boots they did carry at the store they had small and huge sizes. Extremely disappointed with this store, I love the boot I bought years ago, but now they don't have anything.

Lisa was very knowledgeable about all the brands. Friendly, first class customer service ,which is rare nowadays. But unfortunately the store didn’t have the boots that I wanted and they were out of stock at warehouse, She did everything within her power to try to find them for me but was unsuccessful. With that said…I will definitely shop at this store again because of Lisa. Her effort was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

I bought my first pair of Redwing boots at the store in Woodstock. Lisa was the sales associate and she did a great job of using the scan and getting the fit just right. I'll definitely return for my next pair.

Quality of the boots has dramatically decreased and the customer service has gotten even worse. Wish I could say this was still a company loyal to those that are loyal to them but those days are gone.

I purchased a pair of Iron Rangers online and the right boot was too tight. I brought them in to this location to get fitted and make sure I purchased the correct size. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. They got me fitted right away and confirmed I had ordered the best size for me. They were able to put the right boot in their stretcher and now it fits perfectly! Many thanks to the staff at this location for helping me out. I would definitely recommend this location
