Super helpful. They did not have my size (H width) in the boot I wanted. They ordered it and should be in in a week or so.

I just want to say I really didn't know much about boots at all when I walked in. But Lisa greeted me at the door and helped me the whole way through the process. She let me try on different boots after sizing my feet to find the right pair that fits perfectly.
