We went to test mattress’s and bought 1 for our home and 1 for our camper. Colleen was very helpful and knowledgeable of all products. We have since returned to purchase sheets and pillows.

10/10 this is a great Purple showroom. Colleen was awesome and helped us through the purchasing process and was very helpful in answering all our questions. She was extremely patient and let us take our time trying out different mattresses.

Colleen was super amazing at explaining everything and helping find me a bed that would fit in my budget she never tried to sell me anything just answered all my questions. i was sleeping on a expensive futon but i have carpal tunnel and alot of back issues and it just made sense to return the futon to costco and get a real bed and this purple mattress is so amazing my shoulders already starting to feel a little better and my dog little bear loves that it stays cool she was super awesome and im recommending my friends and family to her location so they can get a better bed. if you see this colleen my friend Hunter/joann and there family may be by soon

We had the best experience in this showroom. Colleen and the team were accommodating and helpful. Colleen is knowledgeable about their products, and never once did she try to upsell us. She helped us find the right mattress for our needs. We also ended up buying the Purple Royal Seat cushion which is what I’m using right now while I’m at work. Everyone was so friendly. We highly recommend this showroom!

So I picked up My Hybrid 3 mattress and frame a week ago, and sadly I couldn’t leave a review because I been legit lost in the dream world my bed takes me too! Best sleep I have had period!!! All the staff at Purple are very sweet and friendly. We had Tiffany help us and she knows everything about these mattress and which is the best for you best on your needs. Tiffany is very outgoing, professional, and sweet! I recommend anyone that goes there to ask for Tiffany!!

I came to test the pillow I was interested in and I took advantage of their sale. Tiffany was extremely helpful and very professional. Her suggestions and information pointed me in the correct direction for the mattress I will purchase when I am ready. She let me test numerous pillow and bed types. She answered the questions I had without trying to up sell me. I look forward to returning to buy my bed. I feel like sweet dreams aren't too far away. Thank you Tiffany for your help.

We absolutely loved our experience at The Purple store today. We were assisted by Colleen, and we cannot say enough nice things about her. She took the time to go through the differences in all the mattresses and also helped us pick the best one for our we sleep. She was also very helpful in getting us some new sheets and a new mattress cover. We will definitely be back in the future. Colleen is a great sales lady, and she knows how to help customers as well as knows how to help them get the best bang for their buck.
